Amazing how when you flash 100 references on screen - how you can get away with saying so many things that are unreferenced and it goes unnoticed. Especially to medical trainees - these superlatives and overconfidence in these platitudes is frankly misleading. We want to get to the truth - but this is what infuses distrust to the medical community.
