When I play this stage, every time that Guts trigger I keep imagining Gareth keep standing back up over and over even when suffering an injuries that could even be worse than her original counterpart's death

Also, the reason she didn't have any voice lines in the battle is because her throat was heavily injured, which made Gareth lost her voice. This is so sad... imagine you can't even scream, experiencing all that, at the age of 6.

This is a compliment.
It hurts a lot that the sweetest girl of the round table needs to have a tragic death everytime she appears on a story:
-Her cannon death, she has her skull crushed by Lancelot, the kinght that she admires the most, while he didn't even recognize her face.
-On Camelot, she is summoned prior to chaldea's arrival. She is forced to kill tons of innocents, her eyes look depressive and her hands look like coal because she tries so hard to wash the blood out of her hands everytime. She sacrifices herself to open a chance for the kights to kill the enemy alongside with her, and while everybody is hesitant to do it, Gawain just murder her own sister for the sake of the Lion King.
-And now she must make a last stand all by herself on a neverending fight.
It's so sad that Gareth needs to suffer so much on FATE's story. At least on Chaldea she can have the happiness she deserves.

@@zerochan1913 Yeah, Lancer fate is suffering, that's the only constant, the one exception is Jaguarman, as even though her astounding luck was lowered by her class, she still somehow survived the singularity she was involved in.

The bloody portrait for both her status screen and her NP and the lack of voice lines are small touches that just enhance the storytelling so much. They even used a different sound byte when she collapses at the end. I love how FGO is evolving.

I didn't really pay attention to gareth that much before but this lostbelt made me like her, she was truly a good knight
The lack of voice lines actually makes the battle even better.
@@bobjones4469 I mean, Gate of Babylon is a noble phantasm in and of itself but Adult Gil rarely ever says it to activate it. Sometimes servants don't even say the proper true name of a noble phantasm
Also Gareth here isn't a servant, she's a fae from the LB.
@@bobjones4469 Well, you can think of it more like a cinematic that is happening. If that's the case, it doesn't make sense that servants are suddenly spamming their noble phantasms. Nor do 3Ts make sense by that logic.

I agrre that Gareth default voice lines are not meant for serious situation like this but we have some instance when story support have different voice line. We could have a more panicking and serious Garteth here. In this state it just feels unfinished

@@soralight_x To my knowledge, this only happened once with Musashi's eye and the tsuba eye patch. Even so, the character card icon with blood is a first this time around.

What makes me glad about this Lostbelt is that it actually showcases what the true nature of Fairies are just like in the myths. Most shows nowadays would present Fairies as goody-two shoes and that they're naturally kind when in reality they're the opposite. No wonder the Age of Mystery is deemed to end when Faes are full of backstabbing bastards until they eventually cease to exist.

I was expecting vestiges of humanity facing off against the phantasmal beasts of Arthurian Britain, I got absolute asshole fairy clans and what remains of humanity being food and slaves and the one source of resistance started up by a fairy who was toying with them. Burn it all.

I was gonna grail my cinnamon roll Paris after giving up his life for us, but Gareth is gonna make me tear up. I only got 5 grails DW! Stop playing with my emotions!
I was contemplating to grail Gareth after I get Paul Bunyan to max HP and DMG. Now it's settled my Paul and Okada izou will have a third member on the lvl 100 maxed stats team. Luckily enough Gareth and Paul has some good synergy.

Damn....always wonder why they never repeated what they did with Babylonia Gilgamesh and give us unique lines for specific story fights for the Servants, would have loved to have seen them in a couple of these unique fights.
Well in this case unique voicelines wouldnt make sense since Gareth cant even talk anymore during the fight. But on the topic of that, does Castoria get any during her inclusions? Or at the very least her fight with Tristan.
The best they can do is Muramasa's new voiceline...
