Crackin' job Kevin. The team led by Raf have done a really Great job, and all the little extras and finishing touches add quality and will make it a wonderful family home, plus £650 rental/mth is excellent so as you say a WIN-WIN allround.
Well done. I'll match you at £25,000 for my two bedroom end terrace in 2019 (in a healthy market) - with windows(!), plastered walls, full kitchen, full bathroom, all utilities OK, countryside views at rear, not overlooked at front etc. Best decision I ever made, as my first house to live in. Your place is not the cheapest, but it just proves that if you are flexible to move around regions, have a modest amount of cash and some initiative, you can have that feeling of shutting the door at night, with no charge on the property due to cash buy, and knowing that you are secure, physically and financially.
Can you please share brief schedule of works with costs? My back to brick refurbs with minor structural alterations are costing 60k, would really like to know what I’m overpaying on. Cheers.
How did you get a 3.5 % interest rare these days ? In Ltd companies it’s all above 5 unless you paid a huge fee for the Mortage. Numbers don’t add up 😅
Because it’s a number of previous videos put together to show the full start to finish and we finished it a few months ago which I though would be pretty clear based in the different shirts I was wearing and weather conditions 🤔🤷♂️😊
Horses for courses, come cold to the South Coast, Bournemouth, Brighton and Eastbourne and I guarantee you the local tradesmen will rob you blind. Speaking from 30yrs experience
