I did this, and got a duck. Completely unexpected...everybody is getting wolves, foxes, bears and animals that are more dominant. Oh well! I'm happy with my duck!

I got it to work.
I'm normally a shy guy and rarely venture out of my comfort zone. Thought I'd give it ago since I like this sort of thing, it managed to give me an owl. It showed me the path of growing more confidence and achieving more social interaction with new people to progress to the next stage and the next animal. It didn't talk but I felt a sensation in my fingers and right at the end it gave me a feather, almost as if to leave his mark on me because our time together may be short. These always warm my heart but break it so at the same time...
My spirit animal is a female arctic wolf named Nikita. I'm no stranger to these tutorials but this tutorial is special.
Life has been crazy and I haven't spoke with Nikita in a while...as I followed this, she walked up to me and pressed her head into my chest.
That's it. No words. Nothing else happened. I just stood there holding her. It was like I could feel she missed me and was glad to see me again since she has been by my side so long.

Atop a massive glacial peak there was a meadow with flowers of all colors like it was summer, a white diamond-scaled dragon named Kanto was waiting for me (he told me his name before Michael prompted it)
My heart physically rushed and I felt instantly, perfectly safe with him,
I sat in awe clutching his torso listening to his heart beat in celestial pulses.
I began to cry out of joy.
before I even asked him how old he was he answered that he is 288 years old.
He gave to me his fiery courage of a young star, and his strength of a diamond that fit in the palm of my hand. I touched the diamond to my forehead and immediately felt physical euphoria in his comfort
He was so breathtaking and so warm and full of love,
and GIANT, his head alone was nearly the size of my body.
He told me will meet again many times, and then handed me a glass ball containing a memory of a day at the beach from 13 years ago that even I didn't remember until now

His name was Rebua and he is only 100years old.

I felt something during my first time listening to this video. I can't explain it, but I felt that the creature that is my power animal is similar age as me but I can't see it or anything described in the video. I could feel the relaxation and near the end, a pressure around my body, a pressure that I wanted to break free of... I'm lost here. What can you gather from my experience in this video?
That sounds something similar to my situations. This happens with other hypnosis I try too!
This one was most amazing. I dont want to reveal the animal, but dreamt of the animal i saw as a child., And had forgotton the dream..until recently..the animal Very Very old and very most gentle n loving as it was in dream so long ago..Can Not put in words how much this one helped me on here..the calm is still with me. yet Also left with answers , and with more questions. Just amazing experience!!
My animal was a beautiful dragon named Cyanth. She has the smoothest green scales and her wings were a translucent orange. She was breathtaking. She said she's been around for many years and that she's here to bring me courage and calmness. I love her.

What a beautiful, powerful experience! As i was approaching the mountain i felt such a strength that made me breathe little faster and my whole body started to move. I saw an Eagle ...300yrs old...name Jix...I guess this is my spirit animal and its amazing because i always felt like a bird :) Fly above!!! Thank you so much! xo
I had starting crying when I met my animal it became a Elk named Alphonzo stunning and huge Beautiful Elk.
Alphonz had put they're forehead against mine and I was overwhelmed with childish joy, hope, love and safety I had never felt before the sheer protection I felt in that moment.
I could feel his fur and the chill in the air.
But none of it mattered to me, for I would not ever move away even as I got his fur damp and wrapped my arms around his neck he leaned in and I broke it was acceptance of love and a promise of safety and I loved him for it.
For the hope he gave me and I gave back in return.
I was expecting to get a wolf or a bear or something common, but to my surprise I got a lynx. She was grey and her voice was very soothing and calming and we played together until I asked her how old she was, and she said she was 62 years old, but still fun and playful. She also said her name was Amoroux, and I felt so happy that I hugged her and said “I love you,” over and over again. She put her paw on my shoulder and I was so happy that I just started crying. Her fur was so soft and I just felt this strong connection to her.
I met a T-Rex named Sausalito giving me a huge hug with her tiny arms, while a mouse was sitting on her shoulder. That was unexpected ♡
So I was sceptic about this at first but it worked I got a wolf and a blue Phoenix !! Awesome ....... Thank you for this
I was on a mountain that was covered with pine trees. Then, I saw a wolf comming towards me. He looked exactly like my artic wolf statue. His name was hallow he was 23 years old. He gave me a gift of leadership.
My spirit animal was horse, did not talk, but I knew that all I have to do is keep on going forward. Thank you, Michael.
I saw a majestic and proud phoenix. She had red and gold feathers throughout her body, black beak and black feathers on top of her golden eyes. She ignored all my questions and, while looking at me all serious, she just kept asking me, over and over again, the sane question, "why are you so afraid". It was very touching.Thank you for this amazing experience. (Pardon my English. I'm not a native speaker... I simply wanted to share this wonderful experience and show my gratitude)

Well mine was a wolf named aloy, he was 87 but when he was coming into focus I also saw the winds of a bird and the antlers of a deer before he completely revealed himself. Quite the experience:) thank you for the help!

Wow.....my power animal is a horse named Shalom (peace) qualities are strength and sensetivity; Shalom gives me graciousness and my gift was a gold amulet with a large oval ruby in the center of something like the sun with seven rays. Tears were running down my cheeks even though my eyelids were glued shut.

My spirit animal is sleep
when you said "try to open them" i actually opened my eyes with no problem, what went wrong?
I did too, got nervous that I wouldn't be able to relax enough to find my spirit animal but I did.
My spirit animal was a bear named Nombina.
She is 32 years old and her fur is shifting colors as she moves and feels.
She is very tall when she stands on her hind legs and she roars so that I will find strength.
I could feel the softness of her fur when I stroked my hand over her neck and back.
Her gift to me was a red swirly stone to get better self confidence and insuring that everything is gonna be okay as long as I believe in myself and don't let other people break me down and keep me away from my dreams.
I feel so relaxed and I feel safer than I have in a long time.
This was awesome! My power animal was a black panther named Maxwell. The word I kept hearing was "Courage". The circle that I chose was purple, and it had a reflection of myself, and it was filled with a purple liquid that I can literally touch. At the end of it, my gift was a purple, moon shaped necklace. It seemed as though the necklace was made from the liquid in the purple circle.
This was truly a great experience! Enjoyed every minute of it! :D

I had a similar experience I entered a purple Circle heard the word courage but my animal was an auburn wolf named Denise and she left me a golden symbol for Pisces and cancer linked together which is very significant to me.
This actually worked!?! I have never undergone hypnosis before, but this was amazing. Was very surprised to see that my spirit animal was a leopard.
Whe I found this meditation, I immediately blurted "Michael Seallyyy~?" while mimicking his accent. You know you feel comfortable with an asmr artist when it causes that kind of reaction! I'll return with my found guide in the morning♡
I felt kinda anxious during this, I don't know why. On top of the mountain I instantly saw a baboon. I started crying because I felt such a strong connection. It felt like finding something long lost, like relief. I could feel it deep inside my chest. I have no idea if this whole experience truly means something, I tend to be quite skeptical of shamanism and what not, but it surely was beautiful.
As I peaked the mountain I started seeing feline eyes looking into my eyes, they would disappear and re appear from several spots near my vision but they were really up close. Once they faded out and i looked more directly at the mountain top I could clearly see a silhouette of a firm stag looking at the horizon, it looked really proud. When I started asking questions it would answer back in a really deep but calm voice and it showed me white letters or numbers for whatever i asked. When i asked its age, 86 immediately popped up in my head. When I asked its name i couldn't really make anything out, all I got was something with a C like calathol or something. Some of it was really vague. I felt really emotional throughout the entire meeting. I'm a bit confused at the feline eyes in the beginning though.
My spirit animal was a Lion 🦁 5,000 years old and he gave me a tooth as a gift 🎁 one time on mountain peak I transformed into lion too and later when I slept I saw fishes in water in a Forest.

mine was a bit strange my animal claimed it was not a power animal but in fact a companion animal. it was a gray wolf with what i thought was some sort of reddish pattern, it was a bit blurry, extending along its left side however it did not form completely for me as my roommate kinda woke me up but i managed to wave him away and receive my animal's gift: its bloody tail and i asked what it meant and the words 'brotherhood, sacrifice' stuck though there were others idk was kinda not completely in trance at the time :( ima probably try again in a few days...
That was very different. I appreciate the trance.
It wasn't as concrete as I would have liked, but seldom are the things in my life. Mine was a blue circle with an essence like the northern lights and I knew immediately that I was the circle. Jon the tiger was normal at first but as immense as the mountain. Then he became regular size with his back to me before turning gold like rays of sunlight. The gift was a tiny tiger made of the same light that became and orb and then shattered to enter my being. Pretty good relaxation. I'll have to try other meditations to see if there's any consistency. Thanks. My advice to anyone having trouble is to just relax and let go without expectations of anything solid. Let it happen as it happens. All the best.

I saw a sabre-toothed panther? It didn't look that big until I got closer. It had long ears like those Caracal cats. When I asked how old, I got ancient beast. I have no clue as to what exactly I saw. Interestingly enough, my very first email I created at school was something panther. It was randomly picked. I guess in retrospect, it wasn't.
This animal felt huge, majestic, safe.
A big light greyish - blue wolf called Noah. They are 524 yrs old and their voice is very similar to mine, it was as if I was talking to myself. They looked young but their movements and expression were slow as if it was tired... in a sad way. When I asked them what makes them grow, they said "you". The quality was perseverence and for some reason I couldn't see the gift. There was something in my palm but my vision was starting to blurr out and for some reason I woke up from the trance earlier.
Before doing this, I have pics of a spiritual being which is a Wolf. Also I have tamed a wild crow. Oh and I have had dreams of a brown wolf. Would love to meet it. Want to see if this comes out the same. I'm excited

The color I saw was in a circle of dense orange and I floated up under it. I met my power animal when the mountain first appeared. It was a white mountain goat. When it told me about its strengths it was endurance and resistance. The word that was whispered to me was floating and my gift was a gold chain, that alternates with a cold cross and a golden triangle inside a circle, inside a brilliant star with four tags/arms. It was great!

I kept partially waking up round the end, how odd. I saw a black, or blue spider, as if it couldn't decide on a color, or just didn't want to stay in one place. it was tryin to say something, the word searing came to mind and I saw and felt a blue, cold flame. it game me an ice spider... my hand is still cold where it was placed. odd since it's around 70 degrees. the name Searing Frost is stuck in my head whenever I think back on it .

I'm worried. I did this again a few moments ago and it was very diffrent. My circle was flashing an old pocket watch with the void and I heard it ticking; always ticking. And when I eventually made it to the base of the mountain, I heard this earsplitting scream which frightened me so much that I woke from trance. I was also wearing a Mad Hatter hat through the whole thing. Please help me!
mine was a Rook with beautiful purple and indigo wings .he took me up above the mountain and it was like we were the same being I had an aerial view, I have seen him before.the last time on Christmas day.thank you Micheal for the gift of total relaxation x

Thank you Michael I suffer from crinic pain and you have helped me so much.i have recommended you to a friend who is a soldier who lost his leg and eye basically the whole of his left side has been affected after stepping on a mine.he suffers from chronic pain as ge still has shrapnel in his shoulder.
I honestly didn't expect what I got, but it was a pleasant surprise. I had a dragon waiting for me. Theril, 387 years old and looking more like an amethyst shaped like a dragon than what one would assume a dragon would look like. Warm and kind and as comforting as my father. His gift to me was a mark on my right palm in the shape of a heart, the same hand I generally place on someone.

It goes really well until I fall asleep. I did feel my calm and safe place a bit, and then I went drifting.
I instantly saw a massive white and bright tree. Big steady roots. It had soft leaves and I felt a breeze and some sunlights across my face. I had an inner completely still peace. I was waiting for my poweranimal. But I think I fell asleep. Before that I imagined pulling my fingers through the mane of a big lion.
Please give me some guidance on how not to fall asleep and perhaps some comments on this experience of what it could mean ?

+merrygoround90 To listen whist awake I suggest sitting upright in a comfortable chair, also try listening earlier in the daytime. You can also listen with your eyes open, but relaxed on a nice image. You can always returns to your inner peace under your tree, perhaps even back to your lion. Happy listening.

So i have tried your videos and they always make me feel relaxed.. now i have tried this video a couple of times.... and it always seems like im draw to a winter-scenary (although im a summer person..) and it isnt always clear scenaries i get (could something be wrong?) and surprisingly enought i got a white tiger with bllack stripes! wasnt expecting that...

Mine is a huge gray and white wolf with awesome looking silver as smoke eyes named James when I was around him I felt confident,brave and felt like my combat enhanced and everything I liked him he gave me a necklace with a wolf chain he said use this if you need me.Thx for making me meet James. :-)

I got an sea eagel. His name is Mikeal. We didn't talk. He just flied around my head then came really close.
I saw a a black bear made of stars. She came down from the sky as a shooting star, from the Ursa Major star constellation. She was a little more like an adult, like a mother to me. She spoke softly and I felt motherly love coming from her. We made each other laugh, and talked of the future and how not to be worried and live. We looked out from the mountain clearing and in the stars it said, "Laughter" and "Independence" I don't remember the conversation exactly, but she told me to love my friends and family, but to embrace my independence. It was amazing. I really appreciate it, she eventually walked to the sky again. Her name was Urana.
I saw a bear too in a shimmery stary-looking way that changed color. She wasn't an adult though, she was a young bear. She embraced me with her present and she roared for me to find my inner strength. It was truly an amazing experience!! I was so scared I wouldn't find any animal on the top of the mountain.
Mine was a lion his name was symba he was 46 yrs old he said he strengthens me comes out when he feels i need courage the most ❤️

I have just recently been drawn to all things spiritual. I seen your hypnosis video and decided to try it out. This was my first time experiencing hypnosis. I am just wondering if it is normal to tear up and get emotional while parttaking in hypnosis? As soon as I seen my spirit animal and even while thanking her, I had tears brought to my eyes. This was a very beautiful experience. Thank you!
Rebecca Power Yes, it's very normal to tear up or experience powerful emotional responses during certain types of hypnosis - and more so with transpersonal hypnotherapy sessions, which this one is. Hypnosis is the language of emotions, symbolism and mental imagery, which is directly related to our subconscious minds. Glad to know you had such a beautiful experience ~ All the best.

can you have two? or can there be two? first there was a white wolf with green eyes who offered protection, about 300, but did not have a name, then a fox appeared named jasafra who was very friendly who offered cunningness and guidance but was much younger than the wolf. they did not appear together.

I am completely stunned, gold and red colors appeared and through the sun rays a huge enormous white eagle appeared with small black dots and golden eyes and beak. Incredible, I'm in shock because I looked into what it means and it fits so well. Crazy, super crazy!

My animal was a male wolf. He had green ears, green paws, a green muzzle, and half of its tail was green the rest of his body was grayish white. But his eyes were weird. One eye was a mix of green and dark brown. The other looked liked space.
But his voice was kinda deep but gentle. And I also noticed something in his voice that put me at ease that being that it sounded like his voice was a fusion of me when I was younger, me right now, then his voice. Which im guessing thats my voice in the future. But the deeper one was more dominant because you could barely hear the other voices.
His name is Luster and his gift was pretty cool. It was a medium sized dagger. The blade was a shiny silver and its handle was blue. And ingraved in gold read WITH THE COURAGE OF THE WOLF. Its age was 462. But it looked like a young strong wolf. Also the whispers that you hear from the mountain at first I hear it after he tells me his name. They say altogether YOU CONTAIN THE WOLF SPIRIT. Over and over again.
Oh and his temple is sweet. Its a little old but huge. And I noticed he had alot of wolf statues. But not of himself I felt different wolves present from the statues. And I think one of the spoke to me they said FORWARD. So I walked forward and thats when I met my power animal/luster.

Is it bad that I still don't really know what my animal is? I thought I saw eyes and even a white tail at one point that resembled something I want to describe as a dogs tail... am I doing something wrong?

So, my spirit animal...who appeared after mirages of many animals was a tigress, Esmeralda(?) 32... (m 33)...very authoritative and almost like doing me a favor by appearing...! But yes she had very soft eyes...Courage was the parting msg..she hinted that i should be more vain? Maybe!?!my question what does it mean when I'm seeing a spirit animal that is indimidating and also seemingly... getting impatient with me. No fuzzy cuddly feels.😁

i got a male deer.... it was very dark and shadowy... didnt say anything but it gave me a part of its antler when i was leaving and almost seemed like it was trying to come with me... wonder what the meaning is

I know this is 8 years old but I just found this and I was curious, I tried it and it was strange not in a bad way I don't think. I kept seeing a tarantula though, the further the video went on, my left fore arm went numb I couldn't feel it muchless move it. I felt other small numb parts too, I felt a prick on my chest near my collarbone.
I don't know if this is normal as this was my first attempt, I've read of peoples experience being of other things except a tarantula. Is this normal?
Its weird....Growing up I have always had trouble fitting in. Feeling like I didn't belong. But then at the same time, when I was really confident in myself, I could fit in anywhere. As I went through this trance the first animal that kept constantly appearing was a Falcon. I would sometimes be confused about where to go and it would show up to help me with my decision. I kept thinking...This is it..A falcon...It made sense. I am insightful. Able to see things from different perspectives. Feel things from different perspectives. Just as a falcon has keen eyesight. I don't know...Some metaphorical meaning behind it that I won't go too much into.
As I continued I realized I was nothing but a scorpion...In a desert. It doesn't help that I used to read a lot of horoscopes about being a Scorpio. And that leads back to "others telling me who I am" but as I went across the desert and made it to the jungle I began to transform into a human. I was reluctant at first, but I forced myself to allow the transformation.
I kept going...To cut it pretty short: my power animal finally appeared at the mountain in its true form...A dragon. I was unsure at first and it constantly changed appearance. A unicorn, a horse, other animals. As I began to ask it questions it finally settled on a dragon.
He beat around the bush with a lot of questions. He told me his name didn't matter. But I heard a whisper saying "Lilac" or "Lalac." Couldn't hear it well and I won't assume which one. The only question he answered completely was that he was in complete control. It dawned on me that I didn't have to be who other people told me I was. I am in control of who I am and how people see me...
So I am truly unsure of what form my spirit animal takes. But the form he came to me in was a Dragon, and the form he was in to answer my questions was a dragon. He then left in the form of a dragon. He left me a key...I guess to unlock my full potential. If I am confident in who I am, then I can be anything I set my mind to.
This is what I got from this journey.
Just a bit of the imagery I seen which was pretty interesting:
The circle I chose was a glowing, golden sword floating in the circle. The falcon was resting on top of the hilt which is how I made my decision to choose it.
When the mountain was in sight, I didn't walk to it. Wings sprouted from my back. I was unable to fly at first. But I slowly got the hang of it and was able to glide for a little bit as I ran to the mountain. There were also flashes where the wings would turn golden as I imagined the falcon turning into a golden pheonix. Unsure what this could mean; maybe just my vivid imagination.
At the base of the mountain, when I touched it, it felt as though I became the mountain. There was a closed eye at the top of the mountain with a huge round sun behind the peak. I was able to look down at myself at the base of the mountain. Also at the cliff where I first seen the mountain, that scorpion sat there watching.
When I came back down and was walking away from the mountain, the scorpion was still there. I walked by it and it moved out the way.
My spirit animal was an ocelot. She was 70 years old, I didn't get her name just a quiet cat stare. She also reacted quiet badly to my family and friends, well maybe not badly in a cat sense just cautious and hissing at them. The gift she gave me was a dead hummingbird. What could this mean?

So i already knew my guide was a wolf. Its the one animal i have alwayd been drawn to, but i felt like i lost him somehow. This actually let me refind him again :') it was nice. I saw this crazy array of colors and then i saw his outline and just felt warm. But then idk i started to lose focus and only his eyes and bridge of his nose could be seen clearly. When i finally woke up again my teeth hurt, my mouth was bitter, and my limbs felt soooo heavy. But i felt just... Happy and at peace. He gave me something that glowed in my hand. Idk what it was. I couldnt see clearly. But before i left i heard this howl that made my body (at the time very warm) run ice cold Like i got a bucket of ice water dumped on me. :) very pleasent experience
Michael Brodersen Ah, well done Michael, you've taken the time to find your connection again. Just by looking within, all of those powerful wolf qualities are always there for you. That you felt happy and at peace is the best outcome.
Can i use this as sleep hypnoses too so i do the journey in my sleep like a lucid dream?

+Michael Sealey someone told me that my anima or spirit guide is a blue spirit form dragon. he thought that i am water element but he confirmed that i am fire element... a freely moving blue flamedspirit dragon. how would i see that? :((
+Dandy Co I would warn against letting someone else tell you what you are or trying to fill things in for yourself based on what someone else said.
Not what I expected and I didn't think it would work,as I felt I was coming in and out of it. Also when I had the first sense of him it was it a different part to the unveiling visualisation, but it was a Phoenix. (I was expecting a feline as I'm a cat lover/rescuer) I spoke to him and he gave me visions as opposed to speaking back. I saw the Phoenix in his mind's eye soaring,when I asked why it was here for me,soaring to the heavens,then sat on a cliff in solitude,waves lapping a long long way down. When I asked one of the guided questions (most didn't work) what would happen if I didn't follow his path,I saw him caged in a golden cage.
The funny thing is when I started reading up on the symbolism behind the Phoenix, it's scarily similar to my recent tarot reading and my dreams too. I'm amazed as this was only my second ever meditation!!
(I'm going through a spiritual change at the moment since losing my brother in August. It has made me revaluate everything,seeking out different people,concepts and discovering who I am or want to be. The ripples of the change are starting to appear in my day to day life. Sone good some not so good are affecting my nearest and dearest. So so much of the symbolism relates to me personally right now.
Kara Dormer That's some beautiful imagery, for your transitional stage in life. I'm sure you've read about the Phoenix itself, being a mythic bird of change, rebirth and renewal. Often this kind of meditation, or hypnotherapy work, can plant some very important seeds - so that over time, more and more answers from our own selves become even clearer. The loss of loved ones can certainly lead us to reevaluating who it is that we want to be, and how it is we want to truly live. The answers, I believe, are inside of your authentic self, and I wish you all positive continuation of your important self discoveries. And it would seem, you're a natural at mediation :)
First time this one worked for me. Usually, I fall asleep. I got a white rhino. Very weird and totally unexpected, but strangely fitting.
So most of you got wolves and other preditors. Happy me that got a sheep...
This will need multiple tries. I do get a sense of relaxation and restfulness. But I have hard time getting the spirit animal to take shape. The last two times I tried this a bird tried to form. But the type (humming bird, falcon, eagle, hawk, crow, crane, whatever...) never seems to appear. I do know that it is mostly white. But other things like legs, eyes, mouth/beak, and feathers haven't solidified. Or perhaps it isn't a bird and I just want it to be one.
I have also noticed that the "gift" the spirit animal is supposed to give me hasn't appeared either.
Is it possible to have two spirit animal in the beginning I saw a whale. Then a bangle tiger came to me her name is Anja she is 200 years old. This was really amazing thank you.
it took me some time to be able to see my spiritual animal , It wouldn't stop changing it would look like a wolf and morph into fox , dolphin , bird ..etc it finally stabilised as a gold lion with feather , it was close to a Griffin but with a lion's head , I don't know how to describe it , it would keep rubbing against me , floating , it got smaller or bigger while circling against me , it's 50yo and named Paul ( yeah Paul ..) but I don't know much because i blacked out and jerked awake with huge shivers.
I got a wooolf it was a white talking alpha female she was wise, and I only meet her in my dreams, I've also been getting slight feelings of extra strength.
Michael, in an earlier video where I met my higher self, I had a vision of what appeared to be a tiger or some sort of cat, and then to my side appeared a monkey and to my other a bear. What I found particularly odd was that in that video I also saw a large mountain where the summit was hard to visualize due to its great distance from me. When I listened to this video to try to meet my power animal, I was brought back to the same place. This time the animal took the form of what seemed to be a lion, tiger or a cheetah, it was hard to tell because it kept changing. I also saw a bird, what appeared to be a hawk and by that time you had me start to return to full consciousness. What could these things mean?
Trevor Guzman It's a useful idea to ask yourself what qualities these animals represent to you, personally. if you think upon what they symbolise, it can often point to certain qualities within the self which we may like to express in our lives. It's very personal to your own self understanding.
