Is anyone else dying to see a community build for Brichester using items that came with High School Years? It could be a multiuse lot - especially since the Tea and Thrift shop are a conjoined lot type. I think a thrift shop would be great with lot of furniture for the university students, perhaps with a separate clothing store. Nobody seems to do community lots, or many lots recently, for Brichester even though it is a beautiful world.

I love this house!!! The layout is very player friendly. I love the look of this house as well. It reminds me of a house I have seen in real life. Also, please don’t take this as rude - but I always get excited to see the inspiration pictures, but the past few times I think you forgot to add it. Lol as someone who edits videos - I get it! for anyone else who was having issues with the sims not being able to get into the house -- add stairs on the right side of the porch, for some reason thats the only path they take
5:08 i haven't just seen that person, i am that person! i managed to keep hardy bananas, elephant ears, and other hardy tropical looking plants alive in southern wisconsin! it's all about microclimates to keep plants from being exposed to harsh elements :))
GORGEOUS!! Fall or winter in this house…watching the leaves or snowflakes fall 🥰 I can just see it!! And I feel like I can imagine exactly the sim you described! Beautifully done as always! ❤

OMG, I'd love to live in a house like this ❤ The view from the backyard is amazing with those big windows and the colors and the interior style fit so well together! I really can imagine the old band members have nice parties here, reminiscing the good old days 😍👍
i live on the south coast of england and i often see palm trees etc in wealthier areas... idk what the correlation is with rich people and palm trees but i completely knew what you meant about the landscaping! love the build as always

This build is really nice! The layout of the house somehow reminds me of Morgana and Thornton Wolff’s house from ts3 basegame, my ultimate favorite household to play… awesome job!!
This may seem silly, but I’m Headcanoning that the only person in town that recognizes the retired rocker sim is a super excitable orphan teen sim who dreams of going off and achieving what the rocker did… and long story short, the rocker feels nostalgic with the teen, trains them to play, and eventually adopts the other sim. Single dad and prodigy kid story.
Some Plam Tree, Cactuses and other dry plants can grow as far as Nouthern Midwest. They are very hard tho to keep alive and take aloe of time in the winter time. Eventually they will be fine.
Idk if u will see this but could you build a hoarder house in the wolf place?? And back story is maybe a single dad with 2 kids and 1 off the kids don’t like the mess and keeps their room clean and the other grew up in it so they are use to it

Yours is the best save file and I'd love to keep filling out the worlds with your builds that match each neighbourhood. I haven't seen you build for your save file in a very long time.

Looks like a confused craftsman........ And stop layering objects that don't go together. It actually doesn't look good... I always wind up having to edit builds because of this glitch creating nonsense. Yeahhhh play the game because you people make houses that have unfunctional spots. Also, stop with the debug crap.... like the truck and no garage!!! We have 0 use for a garage!!!! It just looks dumb at that point.

Lovely build, do you use different settings for your reshade preset? I have dove 2.0 but it doesn’t look quite like your game :))

how that car can get in when the size of the gate and there's staircases (platform) in the way...
