- This is my second time to have Afternoon Tea. The first time was on a bus tour in London. I thought that was great. Well, when the seats don't move around and you are served champagne in glasses, it is undoubtedly a great experience. Today was one of those one in a blue moon occasions when we shared tea cakes, macarons and mini sandwiches for Afternoon Tea at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. What a great experience. Our daughter Erin treated me to a belated Mother's Day treat and oh what a treat it was.
We then headed to Tiffany's and added more on our wish lists:-)

Going Mar 10 for breakfast they used to do a all you can eat sun brunch with cavier shrimp chilled lobster oysters clams omlette chef and carve meat counter for $75 in the 90s they got rid of it and now just have breakfast

Been here with Friends, Service was so so, FOOD was good ,but its hard to mess up finger sandwiches. Tea was EXCELLENT, BUT THE PRICE WAS SKY HIGH NO WHERE WORTH WHAT WE GOT. A TIP if you want EXCELLENT TEA and SERVICE and a KNOCK OUT ROOM go to THE CARYLE HOTEL, and the PRICE is RIGHT...

Does the tea come included or you have to pay separately?
Yes, the tea is already included for the whole set! However, you would have to pay an additional fee if you wish to have a glass of champagne. 😊
