UPDATE!: Hey everyone, so I’ve been getting a lot of messages lately from people who’ve had issues with Nazo customer service. They’ll order a heavy bag and not receive a tracking number, not receive it at all, and when they reach out they don’t get any customer service. I have also reached out to them and have been ghosted. So I can’t recommend going with Nazo until they fix whatever customer service issues they’re having. Just a buyer beware.

I've had the Velcro nazos for 5 years (16 OZ) I love them and they are still in great shape. I only just now have ordered another set of gloves because I have used them for bag and sparring and I just want to use them for bag now. Still great and no tears.

I wonder how good of gloves for some of the other bag manufacturers are? Like Outslayer, Pro Boxing Equipment, etc. love my Nazo punching bag, not surprised their gloves are really good!

They look nice and I was interested but for $35 more you can get Russian boxer and for half the price you can get Combatiente or the Hayabusa. I would be interested if they brought the price point down.

I suppose at the end of the day it really depends on what type of gloves one prefers.

@@adambayer9535 highly agreed! Top boxer gloves are super comfortable and almost half the price of those cleto gloves! Must cop.

@@gztech1217 how? I have 14oz Aliens and they're awful. The paint rubs off on everything they touch. The cuff design is completely botched. The padding is excessive even for the most fragile of hands. This channel liked the 10oz and I think I know why. The guy who runs TB probably got a pair of Grant pro fight gloves. He made his imitation of those... but for some reason marketed them as a training gloves. Then when he tried to scale it out to heavier weights, everything went straight to hell.
I can't speak for the win 1's or any of TB's other models though. After I wasted over 100£ on the Alien, I never wanted to try another TB product again... Especially because I already have brands and models that I like and are my go to gloves.
I use Cleto Reyes 10oz Safetec Pro fight gloves. Their advert says they're a pro fight design made with foam that lasts 20x longer than a regular fight glove.. more protective and are usable as a pro fight glove for training. They're not as protective or durable as a 10oz training glove but they allow you to freely open your hands, give unrivaled feedback, have the best wrist protection i know of in a pro fight glove. They really let you get the feel of fight gloves, work on speed and ensure your technique is on point.
I use Necalli 10-16oz for training and sparring. The leather is good but not as good as Reyes. It's a more matte finish, some colourways' paint chips up but black seems to always hold up. The wrist protection is unrivaled. The feedback is elite for a training glove. The overall durability is on par with Winning. Each of the 5 pairs i own have seen hundreds of rounds. The price point is what sealed the deal for me and replaced my almost life long Reyes training gloves when Reyes raised their prices. Safetec is still reasonable at or under 150 usd but their training gloves went up to 180-200+ usd. Necalli was just under 150 usd but are now 160 usd.
Safetec can't be used in sparring or strong, extensive power shot heavy bag sessions without the need for regular replacement. If you do conditioning heavy bag sessions like Mayweather (throws shots with form (500-1000+ punches with the occasional short hard burst)), you'll probably be alright.
Necalli 16oz gloves seem to be made for sparring. You can open your hands, the foam density and thickness are on point and overall get a good performance without hurting anyone.
So if you have a reasonable budget, I'd recommend 10/12/14oz Necalli training gloves, 16oz Necalli sparring gloves, and Cleto Reyes pro Safetec 10oz supplement gloves (I use the 8oz version for fights).
If budget is an issue, I'd go 16oz Necalli as an all purpose or a 10/12/14 trainer and maybe a Winning knock off if you like? I've never tried R2C C17 but plan on it for fun someday. I know Superior Boxing raised their prices and the quality went to hell.
Of course, if budget was not an issue I'd go Winning 10oz pro fight gloves, Winning 12oz training gloves, Winning 16oz sparring gloves, and fight in Reyes 8oz Safetec (I'm 9.3 stone/ 135lbs).
