Getting High with Zach and Wallee Episode 4: Flying to the OSU v IOWA Football Game

So here we are flying to our first ever live game at The Ohio State University Football Stadium. Never been down before. Zach's aunt and uncle were kind enough to spare their seats for us so we could go. Zach asked me like 3 days before the game if I could go and we made this happen. OSU Airport used to have a shuttle bus that would take pilots and their guests from the ramp to the front gate at the stadium. That service is no longer available, but a Lyft/Uber will easily come out and pick you up. We had a great time at the game. The energy and traditions throughout the game were incredible and must be seen in person to get the feel of it all!
On the way back, winds were 180 @ 9kts with 17kt gust. Soo we had a pretty neat gusty crosswind landing with swirling from the trees parallel to the runway. Watch till the end to see Zach's first experience with this kind of approach.
