DVLA has 2 separate receipts at the CBG bank.
Official payments to Ghana has a separate receipt and the receipts for such scam such as change of number and verification etc though you’ll pay at the CBG bank, the receipt given you is similar to the official receipt but not same.

In Kumasi main DVLA, they charge 150 cedis to change phone number.
