This level crossing is located on the Lilydale line, after the split from the Belgrave line at Ringwood. The crossing is near Ringwood East Station.
The crossing equipment features Westinghouse LED Lights and Crossbucks, General Signals Type 2 E-Bells, Westinghouse Boom Gate Mechanisms, 2 Westinghouse bases and 2 old VR bases.
As of publishing, this crossing has been listed as one of the level crossings to be removed by the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), and is in the middle of grade seperation. Trains are set to run in a trench under Dublin Road, being built alongside a new Ringwood East Station. This is planned to be finished by this year (2024).
