- Today we will demonstrate how to install the Shimano Claris R2000 shifters, this includes instructions on how to change the shifter and brake cables, we’ll also install a set of inline barrel adjusters in this video. This process only requires a 4,5mm hex wrench and a cable cutter. If I can do it. You Can Too!

其實日本仲有人用啲好舊嘅鋼製車架，果啲舊車架係未有剎變合一手槍前嘅產品，轉波個制有啲係喺龍頭, 有啲就喺下管。
唔單止日本，美國都有老一輩或者鍾意收藏vintage單車嘅人依然用緊傳統下館變速。不過好少見。 市區泊喺街邊會多啲呢一類舊款單車。

我覺得較前撥先係最頭痛，唔知係咪因為我用r7000同埋我無wire adjuster
r7000年代前撥個2條白線對準就已經調好wire tension....唔需要車頭再裝過個線扭

我的車跟你好像，我2016年買的車，是DEFY 3 2016 ，最近出門，我也發現全世界剩下我有蟑螂鬚...看了下，我好像只能用R3000變把改無鬚！，老實說，如果當初再做點功課，應該就會買國民神車TCR了！
係呀。當初對單車牌子款式不太清楚，所以如果做好功課一定對單車更加有要求。

唔好買錯，左邊手把有兩款（3餅/2餅）
不過Sora好似要900hkd 感覺幾貴 二手全車先2500-3000
唔好唔記得Sora係用九速飛輪。如果你用Sora變速把就要換埋後面個變速器+飛輪。價錢點至$900？
Oh 我用緊舊版sora 所以可以只換槍手 不過如果有二手拆車件就最抵
