Our visit to Polar Playground is definitely a must do. Although there will be waiting in long lines on any given day it’s well worth the wait. Watch all the way to the end for our final review and to find out how long the wait was.

Answers to commonly asked questions:
•We do not know how many customers will be coming each day.
•We do not know what time people start lining up but noticed it is before the shop opens at 1pm.
•The wait on weekdays tend to be shorter than on the weekends.
•Wait time depends on how many groups are in front of yours and how many items each group orders.
•Currently taking walk-ins only. No reservations, no preorders, no deliveries. No phone orders for cotton candy.
•No tickets needed for cotton candy characters.
•No custom characters at this time.
•Everything on the characters is edible except for the stick.
The cotton candy characters are best to be enjoyed fresh as *COTTON CANDY NATURALLY MELTS*. Each cotton candy character is HANDCRAFTED and made to order so it takes time to make each one - it is an ART.
