Yep, that was about the reaction I expected. I think we all appreciate the belts and whistle notes, and the all around awesomeness that is Morissette, but dare I say that this was Morissette in her purest form.
She said in an interview with Kevan Kenney on MTV that her faith and christianity have really helped her to deal with things that have happened in her life in recent years, and you could feel all of that pouring out in this performance, which I believe might have been part of a virtual concert that took place recently. I'm glad it touched you like it did me. And yes, there's an important message to be received here.

I saw the footage of her after finishing the song, she was still crying but she tried not to laugh from being embarrassed for crying in front of the crew at the same time, she gave up & started cry whining like a little baby girl. she's so sweat.
