I have the original sermon and seeing this footage from the NBC in 85 though I wasn't born until 87, this young man can appreciate and have been following Rev. Black from a late teenager until this present day. I grew up hearing about this man in Little Rock, Arkansas. Black is still somebody's preacher and is still relevant I'm delighted to see how God has continued to Bless Him and countless lives through his ministry.
The preaching/story telling by Pastor Black is impeccable, and the responses/calling back from his audience are just as satisfying. My, my, my, what a powerful word from the Lord! May God continue to bless your heart and soul, Pastor Jerry D. Black.
9-18-24 Rev Dr Black captured the attention of the masses with his powerful Vocal Talents, his outstanding piano musical talents and lastly but not least his genius ability to take scripture and bring it to the level that can be understood by all mankind.

This Sermon is Legendary! I heard this sermon, “A Trip To Jobs House,” for the first time in the late 90’s at the City Wide Revival in my hometown in Alexandria, Louisiana. It’s was so Powerful and Prolific just as it was years before! Dr. Jerry D. Black is the Lord’s Preacher! 🙌🏾
I think this was the store front, across from the demolished Avondale mall, Beulah Baptist Church was under construction. The good ole days of Jerry black💯💯💯❤️

I love Rev.Black First time I met him I thought he resembled an AA Clarke Gable. 😊 Been to his church several times over the years. It’s an old school church service that I love.
