*nothing confirmed* i saw Nairo throwing a bomb once in the demo build of the game. He sent it upwards and when the bomb hit, it spiked. If you pay attention to T's bomb's trajectory you can see it began falling at the moment it hit Fatality. IMO that's why it soft spiked here. Pure theory tho

I noticed that as well. I still think neutral getup would be safe enough since T would throw the boomerang and then jump for the forward air. So, Fatality would avoid the boomerang return and the fair if he did neutral getup or roll.
Everytime he neutral get up got grab by T... The patience ones where the good recoveries for Fatality, game 3 he just tried instant full jump everytime, felt lazy. As falcon main I understand why but still, he lost the patience.

This isn't a bash on Fatality at all but I'm curious if it's optimal to rush with aerials with Link vs confirming more off projectiles. T weaved his projectiles with his follow-ups seamlessly whereas Fatality's approaches were punished hard.
T is so cute he looks like he's having so much fun playing. Dudes are always so serious in these matches like at the end of the day this is still just a game haha

Bitz well technically it’s not the same link . The link in smash 4 was twilight link and Twilight link isn’t in smash bros anymore . The hero of time taught twilight link so it makes sense for him to use young link ( the hero of time ).
Hyushi Sama dude you are reading to deeply into this. I’m a Massive Zelda fan so I know my lore but the T isn’t choosing Young Link because he taught TP Link all of his moves as the Hero’s shade. It’s most likely because of the play style. I doubt he looked that deeply into Zelda lore to choose whether he wanted Link or Yink. Also Happy New Year ^^

Change character's color is just a trick to intimidate the other player, don't be this guy. Asian players are well known by thinking beyond anyone else. In this case, T was playing with Fatality's mind, just a trick to settle fear in your brain. Asians players weakeness is play better than them. Srry for my bad english
honestly this set COMPLETELY shows how link holds fatality back. He got completely demolished in the first game. In the second he went falcon and he got the W. Throughout the set his falcon just seemed much more natural, the movement was crisp and he was one with the character even more. If he just drops Link altogether then he'd be even better by a longshot compared to if he still played link.
wheat thins my sentiments exactly. Link is a new character to him and there’s no issue in having a secondary, specially in a game with over 75 characters.

Falcon had just started to grab him with the up-B as nair hit and interrupted it. Pretty sure that's what turned him around.

well neutral getup/roll/attack was all pretty well covered by the projectiles, it seemed like T wanted him to start resenting to ledgejump
