I've made a huge mistake.
From what I've seen a lot of adult collectors are married.
Ironically, they are not missing anything good by being single. Feminism has ruined females and made them pretentious, delusional sexist-hypocrites and shrews. this is how poor married guys project their sadness on single happy guys like myself, to make themselves feel better.
If this commercial was really accurate then those adults would have bullied the crap out of those kids for liking the sequels

@Marauder: not really. The expensive in box toys are the rares ones, the limited editions. The original G1 Transformers in box are expensive like $300 and up. All of the rest are a lot cheaper. Nowadays SW is making special limited editions toys that are more expensive but the quality is also a lot better. They might be worth more in the future. But only if Disney can get SW back on track. The new SW toys aren't selling at all. When Ep 8 came out, the shelves were still full of ep 7 toys. Children nowadays are buying Marvel toys.

Yeah. SW toys have been doing terrible sales since 2017.
2015 had the second highest toy sales for the franchise between 2004-2019.
2005 was the year with the most selling SW toys between those years.

I had Boba Fett and the Darth Vader TIE Fighter with his action figure you could put into the cockpit back in the mid-80s. Both are long gone. I wonder how much they'd be worth still in the box.

When Star Wars(1977) first came out, I thought it was basically "The Wizard Of Oz" in space, so I never watched any of it until many years later. It was around the same time The Wiz(1978) was in theaters. I thought that they did The Wizard Of Oz In Space and it was a very successful, so they did The Wizard Of Oz, The Black version, so I never watched Star Wars. Many years later I finally watched the first three films and was surprised at the quality.

Almost no toys will....every collector buys them. Reason old toys are valuable is everyone opened them because that generation was normal and had fun.
