I just finish making both of them and Thank you . I didn't put buttons . I crochet a little circle . I use a Mr and did a ch3 and 11 DC into the circle and join and fasten off. The hat came out to pretty and I like them . Once again , thank you.
Thank you so much Yolanda. I love the hats and also the tutorials. You are a great teacher self explanatory. I made 1 hats for my granddaughters. I crochet some little bows and attached them by the ears. They came out so good. They loved them. May God bless you also.
My grandson will LOVE this! He is having a Mickey-themed party this weekend, and now he has "ears" to wear!! Thank you for all of your valuable tutorials!!
Thank you for all your tutorials. They are great and I am learning so much form you. I made the Minnie Mouse hat last night for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and I used your tutorial for the St. Paddy's Day bows and used the pink yarn. The hat came out adorable. I was hoping I could have posted a pic of it here but I don't see how. Thank you Yolanda.
I am pregnant and wanna make a cute beanie for my baby, then i found your video!! Thank you so so much for sharing. Your how-to is so easy to follow and i just finished making a Mickey one!! Thank you again!!
These are SO adorable but I think I'll attach the bow with a small snap so that I can remove it before tossing the hat into the wash, and I can soak the bow by hand, rinse and dry when necessary. About the buttons, I LOVE using white buttons to look like poka dots but I'm not sure about putting any buttons on a hat for a toddler or one younger in case they get it off and it gets into their mouths, but oh, those poka dots just make the hat! Too cute!
Can't wait to start the Minnie mouse hat. My granddaughter is obsessed with Mickey and Minnie. I made your owl hat with the ear flaps a few weeks ago for her and it looks so sweet on her cute little head :)
i m beginner and love to crochet new things.. this something new and i must try it.. i would like start up business of crochet items and it will help me a lot thank you so much for this vedio..... love you.....
Great tutorial, and creative hat. I am thinking of adding something to hold the hat onto the baby's head, so it does not easily fall off, and add some eyes to Minnie and Mickie.
Ms. Yolanda, I think that you're a fabulous teacher and I love the mini mouse beanie. I was going through your tutorials and was searching for an infant ruffled skirt. I didn't have any luck and was wondering if you could one day teach how to make a mini mouse ruffled skirt with a diaper cover attached. That would be awesome. I have seen so many of them that now I want to make one for my niece. :)
I love your crochet methods and that inspired me to make the "Mickey and Minnie Mouse" Hats over the weekend. Awesome video. Thank you Yolanda. Happy New Year!
Hola Sra. Yolanda... I am fascinated with every single pattern you do... Thank you so much for all your videos and the time you dedicate to share your knowledge with us. Thank you so very much...
hi Yolanda, thank you so much for this amazing video. I was struggling with a printed pattern and when I watched you demonstrate it all made sense. your so clear and easy to follow, again thank you as I can now complete my granddaughters new hat xxx
I want to thank you for your videos, I have taught myself and have learn to crochet watching your videos . I just finished the Mickey and Minnie hats. They turned out super cute.
Hi Yolanda, thank you for the tutorial. I Its very easy and clear the way you present your work. I really like it. I already made the two hats and they were awesome. many thanks.

Yolanda, you are just wonderful! There are so many videos I have watched of yours. I have over 160 different things I am making for christmas for my rather large family. You do not know how much all your videos have saved me! I think people may be tired of how much I talk about you. Just wanted to say hi and let me you know I absolutely adore the videos! :)
I've made the minion hat from your tutorial and it can out good, I want to make the green monster one next. you are easy to follow , thank you for teaching me how to crochet it is fun
Thank you so much for posting this! I am teaching myself to crochet and this was so easy to follow!!! I made the Mickey beanie and I LOVE the way it came out!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! I just made my very first beanie with your help!!!
Great pattern. I guess I crochet tighter than you, with an I hook it came out for about a 4 month old. So with a J hook it came out just right (with a little room to spare) for my 2yr old. But the ears came out too big with the J hook so I'm going to try the I hook for them...Thank you for all your hard work!! love your tutorials!!
Hi dear Yolanda what a beautiful little mini/mickey beanies, very great job. I am working on the minie hat right now, can´t wait to see the result :-) thanks for your uploads it is really helpfull. huggs from me to you, have a great day
I love it, I'm a newbie in crocheting....the only suggestion for us newbies maybe you can go through each different stitch a little slower (almost like slow motion lol ) I'm pretty good a following directions but I still don't know the names to the stitches and if you go to fast I get lost. ty
im going to try to make this later today. I would think you can put some poly fill or some kind of filling inside the ears before you sew them together to make it stand up better. just an idea though cause I haven't tried it yet. hope that helps.
Thanks alo for showing us how to do this cute little mickey beanies..thanks a lot...I was looking for this long time but couldn't find it THANK YOU...LOVE IT ★★★★★
I made Minney Mouse... I had trouble with attaching second ear. (finally got it )My grabdaughter loved it..Making another anothergrandtr. Great instructions..! Can you show a "Little Charmers" Hat? Thank you!
THIS IS NOT MY PICTURE! BUT I ENJOYED YOUR VIDEO SO MUCH AND YOU DID A GREAT JOB ON HOW TO DO WITH THIS PROJECT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND HAPPY HOLIDAY FROM MRS. HOLIDAY
Great video... I am going to be making them in various sizes for kids with cancer. How big is the one in the video...around and top to bottom? How would I increase for various sizes, tots, toddlers, preteens... Thanks so much.
Thank you for your videos, I love them, so easy to follow. Do you have a video on how to size a beanie? I am new at making hats and want to make some for grandkids for Christmas. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
Wonderful tutorial! You made this very simple for beginners. Thank you so much for sharing :) I did something wrong because my beanie flared out a bit instead of being more tubular like yours. I redid it several times and still can't get it right.
I REALLY REALLY LIKE THAT YOU ARE VERY INFORMATIVE.... THANK YOU FOR THE DEMONSTRATION. I CANT WAIT TO MAKE THIS HAT... I WAS WONDER DO YOU HAVE ONE WITH A SCARF
hi Yolanda im new to this but I love the way you teach so im going to ask you where I cut back on stiches if I want to make it for a one year old lil girl
I don't know what I am doing wrong I made the Mickey and Minnie hat but I doing something wrong with sewing the ears on. What should I do . Also thank you for all you do to help ones like me make wonderful things
Hi MS. Yolanda! Love all your work. I have a question...I made the ears but they won't stand up. I did use a baby yarn maybe it's too soft? Any advice..thank you
Just completed the Minnie hat and think that by doing 1 stitch behind the bow to the ear on each side may help keep the ears which I doubled, from flopping! The bow was also secured by putting the long tail through the starting ring and tied off.
I have bad arthritis in my fingers could you tell me what the things are on your hooks so I don't have to replace my hooks ...great tutorials thanks for sharing
+charlene craig, She put gel grips on her hooks for cushioning. It's the same gel grips the you can buy for pens and pencils. She also wrapped a rubber band around the hook before putting on the grip to help take up space due to the size of the hook. I also use them on my hooks now after watching her videos. It does help!
