If you are not half Tibetan then please don’t create or support division of Tibetan identity. There is no separate Tibetan culture in India. Tibetan across the globe same the same culture. I am Tibetan born and raised in India and I feel like using such terms when you are not of mixed-cultural heritage gives a impression that there is cultural distinction in Tibetan in India and Tibet (of course my opinion, ignore if you disagree).
