He's alright. Fairly nice crits, average looping, good semi-support ability for dual core setups thanks to AoE s1 and targetable S2. Nothing too insane though, you can definetly skip him if you don't have the funds/don't need specifically a Quick AoE Archer (which to be fair is actually a fairly good niche as there's only 2 others iirc, Atalanta and Santa Nightingale, neither of which is a particularly good looper)
