Have you thought about using the center column in your paper tracker as your “bank to the bank” tally? As you’ve said, you don’t use that column for the most part, instead using the iPad. But if you used the paper, you wouldn’t have to reach up to use the iPad, and you wouldn’t be toasting your sleeves. (Of course, that would reduce the drama to all of us watching…😂)
I have!! I have had this suggestion before. I may, but the business categories aren’t on there and I like having my iPad to refer to: maybe!!! X
I just finished my 1K challenge (from you)for Christmas. I can't believe it!! I've started shopping. I'm making jam and fudge for gifts this year. So my supplies should be delivered today. Thank you for being such an inspiration to us.

Love watching your cash unstuffing & condensing. I used the 52 envelope challenge this year for Christmas and for the first time ever in my life I have not been struggling at Christmas time and in fact am going tomorrow to get the last two presents and that's me finished - Cash stuffing definitely helps cut out the stress xx

Amazing progress. I’m going to start saving for next Christmas in Jan and I’m going to save more than what I saved this year so I can include all the social outings in one Christmas budget ❤

Great condensing Iris. I tend to recirculate my cash, I don’t stuff as much as you though so it’s easier. Probably unstuff/condense my envelopes every other month and use it for the next months money. My bank is a pain to get to so then stuff my monzo pots from my wages. It’s locked away in the safe though. The cash is gradually spent with the weekly wallets. You are such an inspiration to us all.
That’s a great method! As long as it’s safe I think it’s the best way honestly because you’re right - getting to the bank is a pain in the arse! X
This is the first year I saved all year. I’m £40 off my target and I’ve started shopping. This method has totally simplified my life 😍 so good! I think next year I will do the same, and aim for about the same 😄

I amazingly think I need to spend less at christmas. My parents are retired and us and my brother decided to make christmas low key and hand made, so I'm crocheting little things for everyone, and its costing way less, but it still feels good cause I still get to give them things!

I’ll be starting to save for next Christmas come January, I haven’t really had to adjust my budget for Christmas for a couple of years but with the price of everything on the up I think I’m going to have to save more next year, I’ve got your Christmas binder on my own Christmas list so I can use that come the new year to start my savings, I love love love the purple and gold one 😍

27:10 I’ve not saved for Christmas this year. I’m winging it but I have budgeted slightly. I did cards, wrapping paper and some gift bags and went over budget by £3.25 😂 I’m definitely saving next year because I’ll have my own place and I’ll be able save better for me and my son’s first Christmas as me and him.

I look at you basically still having the money for the Vietnam trip, as you have purchased tickets or whatever already. That cash is gone, but you have something still to anticipate from it.

I saved 1k for Xmas started back in March. Done all my Xmas shopping, got the last bits of Xmas decor and then I get to put my decorations up this weekend and I’ll have everything wrapped and ready to go before December 1st so it’ll be totally stress free xD iv started saving for next year bc thinking it’ll need to be about 2k if inflation carries on the way it does 😅 I do have 4 kids that are all still at the Xmas age so it gets pricey!! But well done you 🎉🎉🎉

You are doing amazing. Even though I save all year for Christmas presents….I actually have a separate account but please keep that Christmas binder I absolutely love it and want to save for the extras using it ( once I purchase one!) for the other extras like food and we always eat out Christmas Day. You saying about cash not being accepted everywhere now….I cash stuff for car expenses like car tax and last month when I went to the post office they themselves from next Match won’t even be doing car tax so from then I’ll have to bank my cash to purchase my car tax! Seems madness to me 🤷♀️

Christmas I saved in the first few months of the year, next year I want to save it twice and then put the left overs towards something else. My family and I have been doing ‘little Christmas’ the last few years and it’s so much better. But I won’t spend Christmas money before Christmas time, so it’s a good way to save extra for me 🤗🤗

Great amount saved. I did the penny challenge for Christmas and complete it and can confirm all presents have been brought, well all but stocking stuff for partner and gifts from little one to give her family.
I will be doing penny challenge again, as well as using my own challenges to save more for Christmas, as little one getting older so present getting more expensive lol.
I’m currently getting on my binders ready for next year, as with current situation we had to use all we saved to help out but that what it’s there for, just start afresh for 2024 xx

I haven't even started thinking about Christmas yet I have 2 of my neices birthdays in December plus my parents anniversary so need to sort them out first. I am so last minute. Every year I say I will start early and never do 🙈🤣

I don’t condense as I stuff because the denominations are exactly as I need them for the video. I like to condense at the end of the month.
