For those who wants a voice over instruction please click this link th-cam.com/video/dAuWe4GqtEU/w-d-xo.html I also showed another way on how to join the triangles to make a blanket.
I really enjoyed your video. Watching how to do it and reading the pattern at the same time is brilliant. When some people talk you through the tutorial they confuse matters and it doesn’t teach us to read and understand the pattern
Very nice pattern. I realized that I could continue the pattern to make the triangle as large as I wanted. Thank you for showing this, very well done video and instructions.
Love this ... and spent the time typing and watching so I can have the pattern when I can't get to the video - and to the video when I can't find the pattern in its safe place. TY so very much. I wonder if this can be extended into a larger and large triangle - and then the large pieces put together to get a blanket or afghan or shawl/stole. Hmmm. A single row could make a nice scarf or cowl, maybe.
I've made this pattern in a square before - but seeing it in a triangle form is cute. I don't like doing individual pieces so I'll just make this bigger with color changing yarns... Thanks..
Howdy, this is a pretty pattern. I tried it with a very bouncy small yarn had to stop right before R4 - was really hard to see the fb and bp. I'll try to complete one triangle another day. Thanks.
Hi appreciate you showing us the yarn you use and the needle set but would like to know the number of the yarn and the hook size so we can crochet along with you please. Like a baby sport is a number to worsted weight for number 3 that type of thing . It looks wonderful
Hi, I only made a video tutorial of the 3D triangle. Note that the thumbnail picture comes from pinterest and not from my own. You can use any yarn and hook size of your choice. I used a sport weight yarn only for the tutorial. But a light worsted yarn would be ideal to make this for a blanket.
My daughter saw this pattern and fell in love with it, its trully beautiful. Did you use a 3.5mm or 4mm hook. I work with Alise yarn and Cotton Gold is one of my favorite yarn. Thank you for the video.
I absolutely want to make one of these blankets!! How many yards of yarn would you recommend for a decently sized blanket? (I'm a little new to the whole crocheting thing haha)
Depends on the thickness of the yarn. I tend to grab 20x 100g balls of Acrylic yarn for a blanket as a starting point. That makes a good sized blanket just for me (I’m pretty tall), but would be on the small side for a King-size bed spread.
Thank you for this lovely tutorial ❤. Could you please confirm the change in round 5? Instead of 3 ch, 2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc it is only 3ch, 2dc and carry on to fpdc? Is this to make it more pointy? Thank you 😊
Hi, you might be confused. In every beginning of rounds it is 3ch, 2dc then fpdc. And in other 2 corners of triangle it is 2dc, 1ch, 2dc in chain space
To people wanting the written pattern, play this and type the instructions into another document for yourself. It isn't hard and it doesn't cost you anything. It looks like you increase by 4 each row if you want to keep going on the shape instead of starting a new piece. Don't know if it scales up without warping. Try it yourself.
Instead of this music,u should be explaining u are simply making it everybody is not smart enough to grasp, anyway thanks for sharing your idea maybe I will have to rack my brain, God bless you and wish you u a very happy Easter 👍👍👍👍🙏🙏
I would love to see a video of you joining the blocks. This first one is well done, perfect pace, very clear and I love that you even drop some sometimes and have to restart the dc. You’re human!!!
I have a question.. hopefully someone will be able to answer it soon bc I'm working on this project now.. Anyway, in each row, is your next row FP-BP, suppose to be opposite from the previous? Like will your next row FP be going around your last row's BP or will you be putting a front post around the previous front post & back post around the previous back post? Please help! TIA

Danke für das tolle Video... hat mir viel Spaß gemacht.
I really enjoyed your video. Watching how to do it and reading the pattern at the same time is brilliant. When some people talk you through the tutorial they confuse matters and it doesn’t teach us to read and understand the pattern
Glad that you like it! ❤️ thanks!
Very nice pattern. I realized that I could continue the pattern to make the triangle as large as I wanted. Thank you for showing this, very well done video and instructions.
Me too Nancy but how did you then make into a blanket? As in square or oblong?
@@pattiea9291 I would make a square, or a rectangle. But I can see it as a circle too.
How many triangles would you make for a decent sized blanket please? And how many can you get from 1 ball of yarn? Beautiful pattern, thank you!
This pattern is such a nice change from the usual crochet patterns. It will be my next project. Please make more
I am absolutely mesmerised just watching! Amazing what can be done with a bit of wool and a hook!
Wow, so beautiful. Love to make a try of it. It was easy to understand the method of doing them. Lovely share.
Wow that's beautiful. Ur very skillfull. Enjoyed watching ur video. Thank you for sharing. 😷💖
is there any way to make the edges "straight"? another type of triangle perhaps? Any suggestions?

I think you did this for advanced crocheters. Could you do a part 2 for those of us who need more instructions for joining them together?
If you need any help with this pattern, I'd love to help you out. 😊
How do I make partials if I want straight edges on the finished project? (I absolutely 💯 love this!!!
I've made this pattern in a square before - but seeing it in a triangle form is cute. I don't like doing individual pieces so I'll just make this bigger with color changing yarns... Thanks..
Can you share how to do that please
Thanks a lot for sharing 😊 I was looking for it. Definitely gonna make it for my daughter 🥰
It is beautiful. Thank you very much

Wow! Well done! Excited to give this a try. New subscriber here!
I love this so much! I wondered how long making the blanket took
Thank you for sharing will make this for nieces baby
Is there a follow on as to how you put the circles together to make a blanket please?
I would really like to see a video on how to turn this round block into a blanket. Kind of confused.
You basically use it like a granny square! Make a ton of them and sew them together
Draw a pattern of one in card them cut a few out in paper and place them down to see how you want them

1861gemini yes, in the tutorial I used Alize Cotton Gold and 3.5mm hook.
@@meishandmade4090 thank you,cI ask becase I some times use 4 mm hook when I make shawls, so it can be more loose/airy.
Does it matter if you yarn over or under? On some parts of the stitch it looks like you yarn over on others under.
At 6:58 the info on screen says to make 7 fpdc. The artist is doing alternating fpdc, bpdc, fpdc etc. Which is it, please?
It says, 7 stitches not 7fpdc.
I cant find an edging tutorial for this 3d triangle blanket, where can i find one please
Very Beautiful ❣️

But how do you turn the circles into the blanket?
Yes, it would be good to add a part B video that shows you joining them into a blanket ❤️
Mei, panalo to! Wow! Congratulations! :) So proud. Well done.
where can i get a written pattern?
like new my friend Turkey 🖐🖐🖐
How much yarn should I buy to crochet a blanket like this one?
Thanks for the tutorial. How much yarn would a small baby blanket require?
