Lustria and Dark Elf area (cant recall the name) both are getting quite crowded for Order factions. Grombrindal, Ostankya, and the Sisters of Twilight all fight over the Dark Elf lands, while Yuan Bo, Markus, and Alberic fight over the Lizardman lands. Cant forget about the curveball of Khatep too.
That whole side of the map needs to be an entire province or so wider.

Southlands, too. When is it not Lizards, Teclis, Volkmar, Thorgrim and Repanse who beat the living crap out of Nehekhara and Kairos and not the other way around?
Lustria and Cathay is a toss-up between Order and Disorder at least, usually. And Naggaroth becomes a Dark Elves vs. Chaos slog. But the Southlands is way too crowded. Thorek should start in Karak Azul near Queek and Skarbrand instead, for one. So you can actually do something about Skarsnik and Wurrzag if you want to.
Unless theyre planning on adding Kazador Dragonslayer with the next dlc with Malakai, the slayer engineer. Instead of Malakai would be a lame idea, though.

Question: How would you tackle the Reikland campaign using mostly autoresolve? I, rather unfortunately, have a potato of a PC and must autoresolve mist of my campaigns due to the excessive loading times between battles.

@@Costin_Gaming I tried out that 0.7+ stat auto resolve modifier and it really is a game changer for the balancing of it.

Thats unlucky, i remember Back in the WH2 days, where Auto resolve was even more Shit on the highest difficultys. Loading in 3 minutes, loading Out Up to 7 minutes. And These were the good days haha. If you have the Chance get a SSD, thats the real Game changer.

Ever since patch 2.2 the spawn points for the hostile armies are fixed. Not only that, if you or an ally have that territory, the spawn point gets disabled!

Karl is still the better Empire campaign. Its hard but in a fun and interactive way. Marcus' mechanics are miserable and a complete fucking mistake. If I'm going to be in a constant scramble to defend myself, I want it to be organic with enemies on all sides pressing in on me and my authority.
Not "its turn 40 baby, its time for me to flatten a minor settlement!"

The hostility mechanic gotta be the dumbest shit someone has come up with for this game. I don't remember this game being called peacehammer for it to punish you for doing battles.

Tired of that weak "durr WaRHamMer hAs wAr iN tHe NaMe" non-argument.
A "warhammer" is a _type of weapon,_ just like a "battlaxe". It's named after Ghal Maraz, the eponymous warhammer.
"Legend of Zelda" is all about Link, not Zelda; "Guild Wars" isn't about guilds at war; "Starcraft" isn't about crafting; Only a fraction of "Crusader Kings" is about crusades and kings; "7 Days to Die" goes on for more than hundreds of days after day seven. By your logic, "Civilization" shouldn't have war or barbarians at all, because they're uncivilized.

So and... What is the actually Point you try to make here? 50 Pages of words to say nothing.

@@BloodwyrmWildheart 541 characters. You posted 541 characters and exactly none of them had any value what so ever. Total War is a strategy game about war. It is in the name. War is the central feature of the game. It is why we play Total War. By your own argument, the reason Civilization has barbarians is because it furthers the central theme of "Civilization."
Marcus' mechanics don't. They restrict the player in unfun ways and a pithy "its about war, its called total war/warhammer" is a good way of expressing our dissatisfaction with this core theming broken by Marcus' mechanics.
I know you might find this hard to understand since you're kind of an idiot, but I implore you to listen to your betters.

@@BloodwyrmWildheart The franchise is called "Total War" and it's about total fucking war. And no, Civilization should have war and barbarians, because they need to be eradicated to build a civilization.

@@BloodwyrmWildheart The guy was just complaining about the hostility mechanic because it does suck. By defeating armies and taking settlements you have some random fully-stacked unbreakable army spawn randomly in your territory and attack one of your undefended settlements. It's super unfun and stupid and punishes you for playing the game, it's awful. He's not wrong and you're just overreacting and misinterpreting what he said,
