Bon vs Bien

When to use bon and bien in French - Quand utiliser BIEN et quand utiliser BON en français ?.

This was the exact explanation (and examples) I needed! I'm working my way through Assimil French and I couldn't figure out why "bien", not "bon", was used in the following:
- C'est un film espagnol.
- Et c'est bien?
I was confused because I thought "It is good" = "C'est bon". I watched two other bon vs bien videos that were good, but still didn't help me understand the choice of "bien" in the dialogue above. You understand that the seemingly simple sentence, "It is/was good", can be tricky to translate and gave tips and examples to address that. Thank you!
