It will add a sense of openness to the outside and easy access to the rooms. Later it could be screened-in for bugs or closed in for more interior space. Bigger bang for the buck with plenty of style.

CN you add laundry if you have power water and sewer , they do come with water hook up and electrical right? Do you deliver to north western and north eastern ontario?
Why are these houses so small anymore. Are they trying to teach people to live in prison cells or what????? These are not homes, especially with a family. Expensive, cramped quarters. No room to entertain or have family over. Get out of here with these places.
