Being Cantonese, I was privileged to experience the creative and delicate recipes of Cantonese cuisine while growing up. Possibly the finest of Chinese cuisine, where the freshness and flavors of the ingredients are paramount and showcased in each dish. I love and enjoy numerous styles of Chinese cuisine, Taiwanese, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese, and Italian as some personal favorites. But always so comforted to have Cantonese dishes and delicacies again and again.
