Dupreeh better as an all rounder, dev1ce could only do what he did as a result of the astralis system built around him. If glaive wasn’t such a master of calling everything, if zonic wasn’t such a good coach, if xyp/magisk wasn’t so good at support, if dupreeh wasn’t such a good star rifler then device wouldn’t be able to do anything.

He made NiP a tournament contender even tho they had academy player all the time. And what happend to astralis when he left? I don't even start with that. Device also is/was a better rifler than dupreeh.

No doubt that dupreeh had worse roles than devve, and dont get me wrong - i do think that dupreeh in his prime is the best entry of all time, but device just has always been the better player. Also now, while dupreeh is just an below average role player (sadly), device is still a top 10 player with an horrible team (except blame and maybe gla1ve, but his igling is not good nowadays)
@@kyucera12 nowadays dev1ce is definitely now a top 10 player thats outrageous. he can't do anything with the awp in an imperfect system. thats why s1mple, zywoo, and kenny will always be seen as superior awpers. becuase they can always create something out of nothing, while device needs the whole system around him to be perfect .
I remember meeting Dupreeh in the hallways of IEM Sydney, as he asked me for directions to the players area. We were walking and chatting CSGO. He was incredibly confident. Very interesting to talk to and definitely a memorable 2019 for me meeting him in person. He’s definitely one of the best entry fraggers to ever play the game. Fearless, accurate, extremely intelligent, awesome player and a cool kid!
For me he was always the most underrated pro. He filled a role that only few players could do which is secondary awp. His role is entry fragger so he has basically filled every role in the team. His aim is so precise. For me he is the most shadowed player ever.
