The waterline extension to elsemere junction doesn't sound that bad
Express having a shuttle from Llyn to Stepford would be cool. No need to ride a train for 40 minutes and end up not even that far from where you started.

If Express serves all stops, then Terminal 2 will be serving all operator which is stupid and would ruin the purpose of Connect services for Zone A (Stepford City), Waterline services from Newry and AirLink services from Stepford Central and Leighton Stepford Road

Maybe make metro and then start from Whitefield to coxly newtown then stop at elsmere junction and go go below the airli n k line and then terminate somewhere there. Edit 1 Devs will not probably do this because they have to build a new line from scratch Edit 2 maybe devs can reclaim the land from the sea
