    Question I had a work permit it expired November 2018 and had a DUI misdemeanor 2 years back I’m applying for green card will I be on safe

    Asking for a friend he was caught with 56 grams of marijuana, he want to know if that will prevent him from ever getting a green card and if there is any waiver he can used to help him??

    If you are aplying for a green card dui is not a problem just be honest with the interview
