I see a lot of faces from Memphis. I love Dr. Clark. I see Madam Wigley in the choir. Elder Frye, Evangelist, Frances Kelly in the pulpit along with J.O. and GE Patterson, and Mance directing the choir. Love this keep them coming. I remember the old workshops from the convocation. I’m so glad the convention is back home. Memphis.
This is one of my favorite of Dr. Mattie Clark and Dr. Twinkie Clark. The lyrics, the background, the music, and the ministry takes this spiritual musical offering to another level. It is amazing how Mrs. Kierra S. Kelly looks physically similar to her her aunt. I thank GOD for this video clip. This is my first time seeing the full video. Kudos to the choir director as well. He did a fantastic job!
Yes I love their vintage stuff they need to put all their vintage stuff up so the generation coming up next knows what real traditional and Black American music history
i had the Opportunity to play with Twinkie Clark at Bishop FD Washington Homegoing Service January 1988 at Washington Temple at 1372 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn New York 11216, i was playing Percussions !!!!!
This song is " So Touching". You can't be the songs of the 90's. Gospel today is too mixed up with secular music. We need to go back to the Ole land mark.
Oh my goodness, the Holy Ghost Conference. What a Holy Ghost time. Many overwhelmed in the spirit following the service. So many memories. Oh my goodness!!! Wow
Praise The Lord this is The Church Of God In Christ sound i came into 1991 🥰 so many of the precious Saints of God gone on but Mother Frances Kelley is alive and well and next to her is Bishop J Drew Sheard our Presiding Bishop - down through the years God has blessed us.
She left her mom several times....she lived in Carson, Cali in thr early 80s ..she lived in Hempstead New York right after she got married...then moved to NC in the late 80s
I don’t know why but when I see vintage Twinkie and dr Mattie moss Clark tag team each other I cry and get goose bumps 🤦🏽♂️ 😢 🕺🏽🙌🏽🔥
It’s because both of their lives were highly dedicated and totally consecrated to the Lord
Best live version I’ve heard and that’s saying a lot
Always enjoyed Dr Clark and Twinkie singing together...just a blessing🔥♥😄

Umm Dr is really singing this version sheesh
Yes she is
She ain't gotta direct this time
Yesss there a performance of her singing I can Do All Things with a choir.
What did she take off walking over to stage left t get right 😃 well I didn’t hear the piano anymore
I believe she wanted the pianist to direct the choir.
It's called "I Tried Him And I Know Him", not "I Know Too Much About Him"
Them dignitaries sitting in the pulpit was DRY
I wonder where this event took place.
Probably at one of the largest COGIC churches in Little Rock, Arkansas.
I know Dorinda Clark regrets this
Regrets what?
What’s would she regret?
