Great teaching and I love the artwork. When Yah opened my eyes to Leviticus 11, I immediately stopped eating lobster, shrimp and pork, which I never ate often but did enjoy on occasion. Then I started thinking about how awful the shells stank the next day, and about trichinosis, and I was very grateful for the revelation. I haven’t missed them at all. I now raise goats and ducks so primarily get my protein from fresh duck eggs, goats’ milk, yogurt and cheese. I don’t eat their meat.

From my understanding, not all species of tuna are considered clean according to Leviticus 11. While most species of tuna have fins and scales, which meet the biblical criteria for clean fish, some tuna species lack sufficient scales or lose them as they grow, potentially rendering them unclean by biblical standards. Generally, species like albacore, yellowfin, and skipjack tuna are considered clean because they have both fins and scales when examined closely. Some species, like bluefin tuna, have very small or few scales, making it questionable whether they meet the biblical definition of "fins and scales." So my thought is when in doubt leave it out...APTTMH!

Shalom! Do chickens exhibit scavenging behavior in a healthy environment? My understanding is that any creature, whether clean or unclean, may resort to undesirable diets when placed in stressful environments or when their preferred food sources are scarce. My perspective is that if an animal’s natural diet is scavenging or consistently includes unclean animals, it would be wise to avoid consuming it. APTTMH 🙌🏾!
