    Why not the option 1 for question no. 9 in the high level of tryptophan transcription will increase if sd sequence of leader sequence is inactivated

    In case of positive regulation of trp operon when region 2 and region 3 form weak hairpin structure and ribosome is stopped before that region where as rna polymerase will continue trancribing the structural genes EDCBA and translated to form proteins for biosynthesis of trp..
    Sir, can you please expln me if ribosome is stoped befr 2-3 region then how after transciption by rna polymerase translation is taking place ( ribosome is stopped within leader sequence)

      @@muskanparveen1267 Shine dalgarno was already their in the upstream that i know that was not my point, but i have issue with the region where hairpin is formed between 2 and 3 region and ribosome is stopped from moving further due to this structure although transcription had already processed so no issues with that...but since ribosome is stoped at that location then how translation of rest part is taking place

      The answer is correct but explain is not... I guess
      SD is deleted then no transcrption will be controlled by it but each Trp gene has a SD seq. So ribosome will directly bind to trpE gene SD seq and increases the expression rate in low conc
      I guess. If wrong plz correct me

      Answer 2 ia correct because leader sequence show attenuation so expression rate get decrease but if mutation occurs in SD of leader sequence then it's expression rate i e transcription increases ... But as tryptophan is repressor it's high concentration represes the expression so concentration of tryptophan should be low so expression should be increases.. 2 is correct
