    I have been trying out some other workout channels lately to try something new. I have to say, yours are still the best! I actually feel the burn and feel like I get a good workout even when I do the 20-35 minute videos. Thank you so much, I have probably done all your videos at least 5 times over!

    This was soooo good! and went by so fast! I will also say that I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I was practicing my labor breathing and mantras to get through the Iso holds/burn!

    amazing! I’ve recently discovered your videos and was a bit weary at first because I had no idea whether it would be the burn and workload I was looking for to progress my workout routine, but I couldn’t be more satisfied with these workouts!     I loved this one. I had back surgery 4 months ago and hip surgery 7 months ago so I am super weak compared to before and limited in what I can do. I was able to do this and hopefully my weak leg will get a lot stronger!

    I'm pregnant so my belly was bothering me on some of the hip thrusts so I skipped some... But otherwise I enjoyed all the squats and lunges! 😸

    THIS WORKOUT KICKED MY BUTT LITERALLY. I swore at you multiple times throughout the video :D the pain was worth it though! definitely great for when you need a low impact workout but still want to be challenged. would love to see more!!!

    Great! I did this in my second trimester of pregnancy. Loved it. But had to skip the hip lifts. that would have been too much. Looking forward to do the whole workout in a couple of months :)

    Another amazing workout by Larie. I am never able to do hip thrusters without my neck or lower back hurting (I tried all your recommendations of course) So I do glute bridges instead. Can I still to the hip hinge method or would the scooping be more effective? Thanks in advance. :)

    great workout! I always have trouble feeling my glutes in hip thrusts. sometimes i can get em w a good scoop but a lot of times can’t feel at all. frustrating. Def would love to see a code for the mat!!! thk u!🙌✨❤️

    The first half was a great workout, but the downfall is the bench! I think it's the wrong equipment to support on to do these exercises. It has been painful for my lower back. The edge of the bench is getting into my upper back, so I am not attached properly and all the weight goes to my lower back. Kind reminder, we are at home :)

      I totally get where you are coming from! A couple options
      - pad your bench with a mat for extra cushion and support
      -ditch the bench and replace it with a comfy piece of furniture like a softish couch/chair/ottoman (that’s sturdy)
      -ditch the elevation completely!! You can always sub these hip thrusts for bridges. (Placing your upper and lower body on the same flat surface. It targets the same muscle group. 😀
      Also want to mention that sometimes sliding up on your bench an inch to threeish inches may allow you to keep a more neutral spine throughout… which would allow the glutes to be targeted over the low back. Think lower shoulder blades pressing into bench vs upper back area. If the low back/spine moves or the pelvis moves excessively that’s when we feel it in low back, and sometimes the way we position ourselves on the equipment can make a world of difference. Feel free to shoot me a form video on IG lariemidkiff and I’d be more than happy to share any insights/way of optimizing the movement pattern.
