    Had a spinal fusion T7-T9 a little over a year ago now. Parachute related injury from the military lol. Very interested in these kinds of studies now.

    I fractured 6 vertebrae T5-7 T9-11 from a trampoline accident. Sitting for any length of time is unbearable and I feel like the missed something in the ER. I’m experiencing upper GI issues, heartburn, belching and hiccups. I order a back brace from Amazon today. My ortho ordered an MRI and they can’t get me in until March 10th. The pain gets so bad I want to go to the ER but what’s the point! The did a CT and sent me on my way with a broken back!

      I set a timer on my phone for 1 hr and get up to move with assistance from a Walker. Only wear brace for 1-2 hrs to avoid muscles getting weaker.
