Game came out November 2021 this is one of the few successful what i'd call "Live service" games to exist with such a large consistent player base. This is why i think they are in no rush to push out FH6 as FH5 is still a numbers king

@@TheTyisawesome those server issues existed back in fh4, it took them that long to fix it, as for the numbers playing that will surely take a hit when tdu releases, the dev's really need to update the game better as it's no crew 2, that game only lasted as long as it has due to contant updates and constantly adding new modes and cars plus the map was so huge it didnt feel old, i pretty much missed the first 4 years cause i had the attitude "its the same map as the first game so its pointless" but seeing past that i realised what i overlooked, fh5 doesnt have that luxury and it gets worse with the motorfest map expansion dropping in a few months, similar to burnout paradise's island dlc only much bigger and is completely free to everyone, pgg needs a major update, other than that the devs that left are hard at work on their own openworld racing game so the current devs need to expand the current map as that excuse just doesnt cut it any more.
Honestly, i appreciate that the game is getting content and updates. But i dont think the live service for this game has been great. They just keep pumping out cars, we never really get much new content to suck us back into the game, and when we do it's tucked away in menus and no reason to play it, like it has no sense of progression or anything attached to it, which for example is why the player base for all the custom maps is a surprisingly small amount of players compared to the total playerbase. Personally i just havent been a fan of how they update the game since it's mostly just new cars and carpasses. And the actual content just doesnt feel meaningful
@@beardedmonkey1320 You have to keep in mind that this game is still held back a lot by the Xbox One that still has to run this game. We did get two great expansions, the Rally and Hot Wheels 2.0. I think FH6 might be the game to really take it there tbh. I don't think it really needs a major update like that. I think it's really on the next game to really be "built from the ground up" but done right, and not what Turn 10 did with Forza Motorsport. They have started going back and rescanning some cars which is a good step, and I personally think the current team at PGG does care, but I'm sure most of the team that works on map stuff is really working on the next game which is much bigger and much more worthwhile than spending a bunch of time and money on a DLC that people won't be as interested in as much as a new game. Plus who knows how much longer FH5 and its licenses are good for. Better to put all that money into a new game that can go for 5 years and have as much attention out into it as possible than a game that has maybe 1-2 years left before it gets removed from sale.
I thinking I'm becoming an old man because the Camry is the car I'm most excited about in this update. And the fact that it has a bodykit and some customization parts is even better. And the Fiesta and the Focus are cool as hell too. Forza devs cooked again with this update.

This is so sick, I was just looking at the 2022 Toyota Camry on KBB considering buying a decent daily driver, and now that this thing is coming to FH5, I guess I can test drive my new car early
I'm so glad they added the mk 8.5 fiesta st. My dad has the mk 8 (bit better in my opinion) which has been slightly modded putting out around 280bhp. It has a limited slip diff (stock) a pro alloy stage 3 intercooler, mountune cone air filter, Maxton design side skirts, spoiler extension and front splitter, new lower suspension, and a mountune remap. The only problem is that the price has depreciated like a crashed plane. He got it for £27,000 and has had around £3,000 of mods on it and it is now valued at £13,500.
Really hoping they will have something crazy stored for us in next update regarding new modes & new cars. Also noticed that all 4 new cars in update 37 only appeared in FH5. Cause I don't remember any of them have got introduced in any other racing games
I'm excited for the next update because the in-game partnership and the new gamemode seem to be something really cool. I just hope that Forza devs actually cook something exciting and that is actually cool and not some boring stuff we will play once or twice and forget about.
I just noticed this but if you guys watch the Forza livestream, at right around 12:00 minutes you will notice that the Hyundai I30 N they are driving is equiped with the Prior Design widebody that was discovered in the game files when the car was added. I really hope that they are planning to add these unused bodykits to the game because new customization is always appreciated.
With the new gamemode being "inspired by peoples creations" or whatnot, i think a Eventlab Playground Games expansion would be cool. Its sorta simple as itd be taking everything Eventlab and simple using it as a Playground games event than a race event. But itd be a little more expanded, by being able to place specific spawn locations for people and flags for Flag Rush (for the two people who play it) and it may not be available for the base map but possibly on Eventlab Island, being able to place a custom border layout would be great. Now if this mode is connected to a partnership in any way, even though this is just within Microsoft IP's, i think Halo would be a great collaboration for this since those games have the Forge mode as a whole and maybe we can get a whole Halo prop section, music and skyboxes for the events too!
i feel like the new gamemode could be to do with lego. think, they did it before, they have good relations. it’s a ‘new’ partnership for FH5, and using what lego is, literally, creators can build stuff with lego and who knows, maybe there will be competition to make the best track rated by the other players who are building tracks with you/against you

I've driven multiple TRD Camrys while working at a dealership. They're actually kinda nice and they drive good too. A decent bit of power and handling for what most see as your everyday car

The main reason why both the fiesta and focus are going/have gone is because of ford's upmarket push in Europe, which has started to destroy their sales numbers and has actually allowed their rivals to fill the void (EG. Hyundai, Peugeot, etc). The fiesta went first specifically because ford needed the factory to make yet another stupid ev crossover.
I was not expecting the Camry so that is cool to see. It’s likely to have a 2JZ swap and perhaps a racing V8 swap so we can create a NASCAR themed Camry race car.

I just want FH5 to keep adding fun, interesting new cars. Last update's VW Thing was the perfect example. The more classics the better...I would love a muscle car pack, a pack of cars from the Malaise Era, a pack from the 80s...more than happy to pay for the DLC if the cars are fun and fresh. Also would love to see a pack of Top Gear champions with like the old Hilux, the Austin Princess, '92 Camaro, etc, but that'll probably never happen. :(

I just want a 6th generation 98-02 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP coupe. They could do a 2002 40th Anniversary with a hidden skill tree version for the SLP GTX or the super rare AWD G8 concept Grand Prix (LS1). The supercharged 3800 still holds up today & ZZ Performance makes all the parts needed to exceed 1200hp out of that little V6. They could include all the body parts from the F1, GTX, Special Edition, & Daytona Pace Car trims

This is the best update ever because I have predicted myself that there would be a toyota camry in fh5. Now there is. I have been waiting for this moment all my life!! besides. My first car was a camry.
I am really exited to see the new Fiesta. I own the 2021 version (Just a different front basicly), same engine and stuff though. It has the perfomance pack with power shift and the limited slip diff. And the anti-lag gives me a massive smile everytime. It's going to be fun to play around with in Forza aswell. :)

2:45 I had a 2019 TRD Camry and currently have a 2021 TRD Avalon I never thought I'd see the day either of them ended up in a Forza game.

The new gamemode being introduced in the "Hidden Horizons" update makes me think it's gonna be hide-n-seek related, but I could be totally wrong.
I just want a 6th generation 98-02 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP coupe. They could do a 2002 40th Anniversary with a hidden skill tree version for the SLP GTX or the super rare AWD G8 concept Grand Prix (LS1). The supercharged 3800 still holds up today & ZZ Performance makes all the parts needed to exceed 1200hp out of that little V6. They could include all the body parts from the F1, GTX, Special Edition, & Daytona Pace Car trims
It's probably city camouflage I mean "hidden horizons" "new community inspired gamemode" It's city camouflage easy
If the new game mode is what I think it is, Jack and the Ultra Crew are gonna be so back.
I hope it's a real Drag racing mode, Tire Temp, staging, reaction times, PARACHUTES maybe haha... and a partnership with NHRA drag racing!!

Yall might not believe me but i have been telling all my friends since last october that they forza that they need to and one day will add the Camry TRD to the toyota lineup. when i saw it in the livestream i literally screamed!! been waiting so long!! this is a great update overall though. some good modern cars.
About the performance sedan at about the 40k mark you could get that Camry TRD or an Acura TLX Elite
Love the SRT Durango's and the TrackHawk Jeep Grand Cherokee's
It may be a smaller update, but that's not a bad line up of cars.
I’m glad we got the Focus ST, but (extremely biased here) I’m a little disappointed that it isn’t the Mk 3.
My dad had to sell his focus rs widebody which literally made us cry it was my dad's car all my life so I'm sad to see it gone

Seeing as the name is literally Hidden Horizons. The gamemode is some variation of Hide and Seek, like maybe manhunt with one player as the seeker.

Man.. Was hoping they finally added the 2024 Honda Civic Type R lol oh well.. Maybe in near future they will or be in FH6.. RIP Fiesta, Focus.. Its been real and made my childhood amazing!
This is the best update ever because I have predicted myself that there would be a toyota camry in fh5. Now there is. I have been waiting for this moment all my life!! besides. My first car was a camry.
I am really exited to see the new Fiesta. I own the 2021 version (Just a different front basicly), same engine and stuff though. It has the perfomance pack with power shift and the limited slip diff. And the anti-lag gives me a massive smile everytime. It's going to be fun to play around with in Forza aswell. :)
Another price friendly sports car in comparison to the Camry TRD is the Hyundai Elantra N and the Civic SI
