I think Loki pruned himself, as I noticed in trailer, Loki is time slipping to multiple places, non pruned time slipping Loki's time line will be explained later how he pruned himself, he might have made many workarounds(in the trailer Loki meet Loki who is reading book which is not shown in E1) to prune himself, just a theory came to mind, may be this happens will see.

This Episode was Intense🥶🔥🔥KANG ku elevations laam❗❤🔥 But I felt some jokes were unnecessary because it is breaking an intense sequence😅 Like MOBIUS asks, "I'd ask who won but.." and LOKI replies "It was a draw" ! I thought this dialogue was unnecessary because it is breaking a serious scene!

The reason why OB didn't forget loki in the present unlike others is that we know loki has been pulled through past, present and future. So when he had been sent by Sylvie through that He who remains' Tempad, he came to a time when the TVA was being controlled by Kang himself unlike it is in the present as time keepers. After he got chased by Mobius and Loki time-slipped to present...but in that past, after sometime the whole TVA would have gone through a reboot, so every TVA workers forgets everything.
In the case of OB, it would be like this, the exact moment Loki and OB meet is an unspecified past time, it may be a time when TVA has been already rebooted, so in the present OB can still remember Loki as they haven't undergone another memory wipe yet . Just my fan theory...
Bro what you are saying will be true only if ob remembers about loki alone, as it is an unspecified event in the past. But how come ob remembers about Mobius too? looks like he remembers everything. Because if Mobius and ob met after the TVA reboot, then Mobius should also be able to recollect the memories. But Mobius does not seem to remember anything. Then they should have met before the reboot of TVA. Thats why Mobius does not remember anything. But at the same time ob remembers everything. So ob must be aware of He Who Remains.
May be OB knows the technicalities of temporal loom and every other thing , so HE who remains didn't erased the memory of OB
