• contact with seawater, harsh chemicals or excessive perspiration may cause discoloration, pls try to avoid.
• avoid knocking jewelry against hard or sharp objects when wearing.
• fine/sterling silver oxidizes over time, gently clean & polish with silver polishing cloth or clean with toothpaste & soft toothbrush a few times per year.
clean jewelry with diluted soapy water occasionally, rinse & dry thoroughly.

I have not seen that pattern before your video. Most folks who post videos similar to this, explain usually through demonstration, how the put the items together so that it can be replicated by others.
This video showed everything except how to make the pattern.
