Segmentation on a $40 scroll saw

I often recommend finding an inexpensive used scroll saw for people who want to get into the craft. I also frequently suggest using poplar wood from big box stores and doing segmentation projects as skill builders. Today I'll take you through a segmentation project using poplar on a $40 scroll saw.
