      ALI. He got robbed by the govt for 3 years and came back and took the championship back two more times! Never got distracted by bad easy women, or gold digger women, drugs, gambling, partying or any of that usual stuff that temps most men of all walks of life. But I think the fact the gov't ripped his best 3 years off, made him stay too long and he got beat by guys he could have KO years earlier. But I like Tyson a lot too.. I feel sad he went with the bad folks, Don KIng and the cheap women that messed him up. He lost his focus at too young of an age.. He could have lasted 5-10 more years if he wanted..

    • @michaelcraig9449
      @michaelcraig9449 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Do you mean not see a boxer, or any athlete at all, with this much dedication and determination? You may be right when it comes to the heavyweights, but there is a good amount of the smaller guys in light weight classes that are as dedicated and determined. The heavyweights are in a bad slump for a long time now, but not the lighter classes.

      @@michaelcraig9449 They took away from him the sense and need to fight, willingness, motivation, determination and interest, that is, the heart to fight. Unfortunately, Mike was in a bad environment as a young, inexperienced, unknown man, he was an easy morsel, a victim of fraud, thieves who took away his faith and will. So much work, effort, effort on the part of Cus D'Amato and Mike himself was hard to make up for and recover. Someone was very interested and involved in destroying, ruining and sinking Mike internally, from within. They burned him and destroyed his psyche, weakened him and forced him to fight with money, exposing him to death. The main difference between Mike was that he fought mainly for the fans, for himself, for his own ambitions, out of passion and love. The money was not the most important thing. Besides, Mike himself had a loose attitude and approach to money, he did not attach importance. Mike needed a person to lead him, take care of him, whom he would trust. Unfortunately, after the betrayal, it was all the more difficult. In the monetary and material world, it is difficult to find true friends. Most are enemies or false friends. Mike thought and believed that others like him are honest, honest, real, auto-authentic, realistic, that they work hard. Nothing could be more wrong. The vast majority are dodgers, parasites and pests.

    Tyson was awesome. I feel sad that he got tempted away from Kevin Rooneys training and went into the city and got messed up by the bad crowd. He could have lasted 5-10 more years if he wanted to, if he stayed clean and focused. Bad women messed up his head too. It is very hard to come back from a woman that gets in your head and betrays you. This is true for any man.

    I love the back story behind the Buster Douglas fight. They said Tyson really didn't train hard, he was partying a lot in Japan prior to the fight and just took the fight lightly. Little did he know that Buster mom died prior to the fight and that was all the motivation Buster needed to put the beat down on Mike.

  • @michaelcraig9449
    @michaelcraig9449 2 ปีที่แล้ว +16

    Another great thing about Tyson he could stop guys with either hand punches, and with punches to the body, too. And he did not just throw one punch at a time, like a lot of the heavyweights do, and depend on one punch KO's, he always KO with combinations. A lot of the heavyweights have long slow jabs with the left, and never throw combos, and always just depend on a right hand punch for the KO. That is boring, and sometimes can be defended against. But Tyson would work his way in, and throw fast combos, not just jabs, and either hand punch could KO a guy. That is a rare ability in heavyweight division.

I wish he remained humble and like I said, poured all his anger into training. He would've been like 100-0 with 85 kos. I'm happy with the man he's become, the guys awesome, but he still holds that rage and anger in. He needs an outlet for it all.

      Amen brother. Don King ruined him. He wasn't moving and his head movements went as good when he was with King. King swelled his head and clouded him with B.S. and drugs. Hope King is rotting in hell with Suge Knight right now. P.O.S.

    The footage of the fight against Francois Botha it's upside down, he knocked him out with his right hand not with his left hand, you can even see how the letters of Budweiser on the canvas are upside down.

    Mike was burned out fast by greedy people around him … no consideration for Mike or pacing him … then the destructive lifestyle that drains all of us … Mike was a competitive fighter at 11 or perhaps earlier… Cus merely took him where he could get paid real money 💰 as a professional for it … finally, like Mike admits , who can stop anyone determined to race down the path of demolition? I wasn’t shit and I swore I was gonna do it all and not now- right now !!! Love you Mike!
