根拠(?)は経過的なディミニッシュコードです、と答えたらいいのか、G#7b9のルート抜きですと答えたらいいのか。
ジョビンがジョーヘンダーソンとやっている動画がこのコード進行だったから、それを使っています。
Cdim7では普通ディミニッシュスケールを使います（W-H Diminished Scale)
G#7の代理なので、G#のコンディミ（H-W Diminished Scale)ともとれます。
