I feel Dakota so much. I have a heart condition, so I spent a lot of time in and out of hospitals when I was a kid, and metal definitely helped me cope with it.
Yo! Dakota! Your story was so inspirational, a tear jerkier for sure! Metal has held my hand and gotten me through so much! Just the last decade...I have lost a family member, had kidney failure went through dialysis then a kidney transplant AND a total knee replacement and honestly if it wasn't for my support network AND metal I don't think I would of gotten through it! It's these super wholesome moments on the podcast that make me enjoy this podcast more and more!
My wife and I got to meet Travis at their merch booth during the Shadow of Intent show in SC in 2022. Such a nice dude! We had to pause our convo for a second to prepare for the wall of death during Shadow's set lol. But we ended with a fist bump, then immediately ran into Gabe while watching the Shadow set. Told him how much we enjoyed the show, gave him a fist bump too. Would love to see them live again sometime
So sick how Enterprise Earth is so technically awesome and super heavy and fast and they record in the most simple forms. 4 very talented dudes to say the least.
Dude I gotta totally be honest, I completely dodged your podcast for like months. I thought ehhhhh just another situation of somebody talking music and whatever. I was 100% wrong. This is one of the best I've ever heard. Its music and so much more. There's like a ton of stories from the guests that are amazing and when you guys are all on the podcast is fucking awesome. I appreciate you and your show man keep up the awesome work.
Seeing you guys in Minnesota next week!! Saw you with Shadow too. I’ll be there every time you’re here haha. Wish King of Ruination was on the setlist though. 😢 people are never happy lol
fucking love EE. dope interview; look forward to some UK shows \m/ on another note: @53:40 sparkling water on stage is dead for all genre's but it's straight up the key to grindcore lol
U know what's cool as fuck. About 9 times out of 10 the bands that I see on here are on tour and I get to see this podcast right before they hit seattle. They usually hit California and make there way up the west coast. It works out perfectly.
jus seen u guys last night spokane. seen u about a year ago wit affiry and u opened up for shadow and u guys killed it back then and did it last night!
@@TimmyTurner421 I did a double take lol. I am pretty sure I’ve seen the Bogg every time they’ve been in MD so you start to notice a few things. They’re absolutely fantastic live if you haven’t seen them live before
@@dakotajohnson8625 I bought a shirt from her on Saturday then. I was the dude who (attempted) to give y'all edibles at Hell In The Harbor. Hopefully next time I make them they don't melt in the car
First time I tried that chocolate mushroom stuff I was skeptical so my friend pulls out real mushrooms and I take about a half 8th and ate a chocolate bar and it ruined my entire concert experience I thought the pit for Obituary was a pit of swirling souls
@1:26:20 , called weird spots in Canada?! Edmonton/Calgary/Winnipeg? Calgary is a city of 1 million+ and starving for metal shows. Need more bands like these guys making the trip
New to these guys. Dope interview.
A bunch of deathmetal hippies is what they are! I love it. Great progression as a band. Dakota is the man!

embracing polarity is not disjunction. once one falls to one of two ends, for those who cant count doors, you run into the wall.
