He's really good and it's crazy how high his voice is...kind of like how Tracy Chapman sings so low that a lot of people though she was a man, but no one is better than Celine when it comes to her songs. She is still going strong today and still sounds amazing for her age. She is one of the greats.

It's about the accent .even here in the Philippines we have different places but different accent like in America every state has their own accent well its my own opinion
Every pilipino has different accent It depends on how they raise as a person we have different Native ancestors 1.bicolano 2.ilocano. 3.maranao 4.ilongo 5.visaya ,6 Batangueno 7.igorot 8.pure Tagalog 9.kapangpagan And many more one country but different accent,it depend if you are came from eastern,southern Western northern part in the philipines
