While the smoking caterpillar and mad hatter were busy with Alice down a rabbit hole... I feel bad that the March Hare gets ignored. He is an underrated character and a very gracious host with his cake of many, many colours. trying so hard. For the record, I wasn't trying to leave.. i wanted to switch and play musical chairs. also, silly Easter bunny, tricks are for kids. 😊 Excellent script selection for Easter Sunday

I'm curious to know how u came up w the phrase originally! I initially thought we were going down the path of "aether" in the sense of a divine/mysterious gas, but I like that it went down the "diethyl ether" sense instead in the end :)

Part of me wonders if the Ether Bunny believed the listener "lied" because the listener percieved the taste to be something different than what the Ether bunny used. This could be due to wonderland having different ingredients than the normal world (the whole "happiness" ingredient inside one of the pastries sounds quite difficult to replicate), or the ingredient used in the cake has a similar taste to other ingredients (most nuts taste similar in chocolate, so I'm assumming there is something similar to cakes as well). It could most likely be the listener scarfing whatever part of cake they had to keep the "nice" host from losing his mind, so they didn't process the flavor of the cake other than it being a good cake
Oh... a tea party with Ether Bunny who has the character of Mad Hatter from Batman in the ... Forbidden Forest? and tries to make me eat cake that I can't eat cake Wow~~\(=w=)/~~...Please, at least don't force me to eat cake after this. Promise (QwQ)? apart from nervous characters, I also love your performance as Yandere. It always makes me clap my hands after listening. To this day I wonder if the food and/or tea was enchanted with something magical, or if the Ether Bunny was just really ecstatic about his love trying any of his treats. Just completely normal, safe treats. I mean, I'd get the frustration if he just spent a long time making sure everything was perfect only to get rejected at every turn, but I think it'd be fun if there was a little more to it than that. A classic trope could be an enchantment to make the one who eats it feel a certain way about their current company. Maybe they start to feel more comfortable just from the relaxing properties of the scones! Maybe there's rules to specific magics depending on the enchantment and its effects; there may be a love spell in a treat, but the receiver has to actually taste the treat before it can take effect! It's unlikely this is the case, but it's fun to think about! Like a little extra goodness to make the listener see past all of the red flags, winning them over 'organically'. :)

I know it’s wrong to judge somebody by their name but the caution sign was the name Ether bunny and the way he said it. All the red flags followed along down the rabbit hole.

The character in this one, and the lore for the character, are original creations of mine inspired by the folklore of the Easter Bunny. So far, I've not written any additional stories about them, but I'll certainly consider doing so in the future! 😊
Ether bunny... meaning you are a bunny-thing from the fae realm and not associated with Easter? Fine by me, Easter is overrated anyway. Knowing the dangers of faerie food and drink though, people would forgive me for being cautious to take tea with ANY faerie. And I was still saying a firm "No." at the end of this scenario like I was at the start. The funny thing is that Alice in Wonderland is my sister's favorite work of children's literature, not mine. I did memorize "You are Old Father William..." for a poetry showcase for elementary school once though. P.S. For as long as I can remember, I have preferred rabbit stuffed animals over teddy bears.
