NRG has fallen off. Really disappointed…. Ardiis has had a lot of ups and downs and I don't know what Victor is thinking, but his precision and discipline have been really inconsistent lately. FNS's IGLing has also become poor. I don't know what the future holds for NRG, but I think there will definitely be a member change.
BLG is really crazy. Defeating NRG twice in his first international tournament is a historic achievement. Whyz and Yosemite are absolute two-headed beasts.

@@Anshul93798Valorant is slowly but surely moving past the “IGL’s are allowed to be awful at aiming” period. When FNS could control the map with Yay spearheading and Marved’s lurks it was dominant. But the scene now has dominant IGL’s who can also get double digit kills before OT (looking at the NRG/Zeta game). You can’t rely on the other 4 players carrying the duels when the enemy team has all 5 players able to hold their own. Just like the scene moved past old sentinels, they’re refusing to adapt and improve. Now Bilibili comes along with Biank as an IGL who can also slay, and they get 4-0’d
And kids, that’s why you keep your mouth shut and let your actions speak.

NRG hasn't been grouped in ages, they have fallen off so hard recently and so have Loud. Americas is falling behind and slowly becoming their insult, one team region and all. Still, China looking promising and more regions to freshen up the environment!
Loud imo are streaky, and hard rely on playing around their map pool. Those type of teams have really low lows and high highs. I will never count out a team with a player of Aspas' Caliber (Im a follower of Chronicle, so call me a FNC fan if u want but I was a GMB/M3C fan before)

I remembered the casters are like "the probability of both chinese teams going through is very low" and how "EDG has the highest chances to qualify than Bilibili". the western arrogance baffled me every single time 😂😂
It's not arrogance, NRG have not gone out in groups since like 2021, the optic core has made the top 3 throughout all of 2022. They're a top level team while this is BLG's first international event. The fact that they destroy NRG two times goes to show how good they are, no one would have expected this.

With how the teams were performing BEFORE facing each other, NRG definitely looked like a better team. It was entirely reasonable to predict NRG’s win. But Bilibili improved in a big way before champs, where NRG players got complacent. The label of “arrogant” lies on NRG, not the casters. It was Valorants biggest upset to date, that’s enough on its own. Trying to act like it was actually a reasonable expectation is kind of insulting to the scale of the upset
