@itstheBMAC that is unfortunate! Their marketing is misleading when they say "outdoors" when clearly it is not rated for it. I hope they make a model that is ip rated at some point.
I plugged in two cables for charging at it took 9 hours to charge. I’m in the uk and I’m guessing that I was using a low app plug as the plugs I have are for my phone. Before I send this back can anybody explain if another plug would work and if so suggest the correct plug ? Thank you
Need correct adapter and wire to charge at 280w. Cheap adapter only push like 10-30w. I use the anker prime 250w charger with with wires that can push 140w. Can go with plugs that can push 140w on a single port

Great Video! My Solix C300 just came in the mail a day ago. I'm excited to get it going.
Happy to hear it! Thank you for watching!
Can I leave it trickle charging in the basement on AC so if power goes out it's ready and fully charged?
@@itstheBMAC So … is there an AC input on the device (or do you have to waste power going through a DC charging transformer/recifier)?
No ac on this version. Get c300 ac for ac input
On that kind of devices it will be handy if they will add some small compartment for cables storage.
That’s a great idea!
@itstheBMAC but it will increase size or reduce capacity of the battery 😉
it's marketed as a power source for outdoors and camping yet there is no info on ip rating weather resistant... do you know if it is?
To my knowledge, it doesn’t have any official IP rating. I wouldn’t let it get wet or dusty.

This likely can't have an official IP rating because of the car socket. I wonder if we can find some kind of waterproof cover/plug for it 🤔

It's useless without no AC outlet.
“Useless?” No, I can’t agree. This video is quite literally all about this product’s uses.
