  • our trip to tui blue atlantica mare village 5 star hotel!
    pros:
different restaurants can book into two on all inclusive (greek, burgers, pizza and a vegan one i think it was) we ate at the pizza and the burger restaurant both was fab
frozen cocktails on all inclusive. the cocktails in the rooftop bar were amazing! comfy chairs overlooking the pool and the sea, amazing views and bar staff incredible.
-private beach area with drinks and sunbeds on all inclusive so it’s definitely worth getting all inclusive if you are going to book
-buffet restaurant lunch and dinner food was pretty good, something for everyone and different theme every night.
-the snack bar had good easy food my favourite was the Caesar salad and they also had a few day time bars serving all drinks as well as a little coffee shop which a selection of bakes.
rooms were nice mini fridge, iron and board, hairdryer and all the bathroom toiletries included and a big balcony. We cheaped out and didn’t get a sea view room but our balcony was still nice.
    Cons:
sunbeds. no reserving sunbeds before 8:30 am and people would be waiting from 8ish to get their towels on a bed so getting a sunbed after 8:45 would be really hard for find a decent spot after 9 it was pretty much impossible to get a sunbed except for a couple in the shade all day.
-definitely more of a family hotel. i usually book adults only but fell in love with the hotel on tui so just had to book, not complaining but there was a lot of kids we went just after schools had gone back so was quite shocked with how many kids where there. i work with children so would of liked a break from them 🤣 you can go as a couple but just expect to be surrounded by children especially in the pool.
-breakfast was very repetitive the whole time we was there everything was the same each morning and the full english wasn’t the best.
hotel is a little bit in the middle of nowhere can only walk to the shop across the road or to the beach, everything else was either a bus or taxi journey which isn’t really a problem. we got a taxi to and from the harbour which was only 32 euros. but just incase your wanting to book somewhere with bars and restaurants this wouldn’t be a good choice.
spa was quite expensive we eneded up booking the steam room and sauna for 20 euros each and the steam room was cold and the sauna was pretty average. spend a couple mins in the steam room and got out because it was cold and quickly got bored in the sauna so felt like a bit of a waste.
overall the hotel was really good and i will agree it’s 5 star but wouldn’t book again due to it not being adults only. as a family i think it would be the perfect choice lots to do with the kids waterpark, entertainment and activities.
