Many households do celebrate the b'days of the help and her family too. We also open bank accounts and encourage them to save. No body gives away used clothes anymore. One buys new clothes for them. And we definitely help them financially for their childrens' education, marriage and meet hospital bills too. I am sure many of the viewers, like me, will have given complete salary , during lock down taking care to ask them to stay home and not worry about work or salary. And give them pension when they are not able to work.
