博士有一點講得好中，就係睇唔睇到個社會穩唔穩定同個人有冇前景。未走之前真係會睇住張單嚟駛錢，走咗之後扣埋稅雖然比喺香港時搵少咗三分一，但日日揸車返工放假照出街食飯都冇乜駛就住就住… 可能間屋平咗又大咗好多都有關係。
你覺得今日駛嘅錢下個月搵得返，同你日日覺得可能會冇咗份工，心態差好遠。

我以前住加拿大，早幾年回流香港了。 多倫多的屋價上升， 很多人歸咎於香港人和大陸人炒起， 其實是錯覺， 根據統計， 香港人佔房屋成交量不到2%， 大陸人不到10%， 最多的是印度人佔差不多三成， 其次是中東來的移民。
這幾年大陸管制資金外流， 資金根本很難出來買樓， 三位講者評論時做多一點數據分析會好一點。
睇過 社會福利處 講老年貧窮問題，多年嚟 都喺以國際慣例定義 - "只計收入 完全不計名下 Assets" 所以 有人 提出過要重新定義過 "老年貧窮".
其實使錢係講心態同習慣，Steve Job以前成日著同一套tsheet牛仔褲，誠哥都唔會餐餐食魚翅。反而好多窮人會使晒成份糧去買iphone同去旅行什至會借卡數。消費會收入未必係成正比
相對來計，一般民眾在大灣區是草根多，港人暫時都算中產，現時咪搵呢啲來開刀，來平衡番！
