Alpha arbutin off course but you have to be very patient when I say very patient yes you have to be that, bcus the products don’t start working faster it will have to get use to your skin first before u start seeing results .

Tumeric is nice but body oils doesn’t lightens the very well , it only brighten and help your lotion work well

It is not harsh but my advice is apply it at night too
Bcus das what I do and is doing wonders on my skin but if you are the type that stays at home a lot u can use it in the day time
