Yes, not for everyone, but people survive in Arizona, so we definitely aren't the hottest of locations. It's really only about 2 months out the year that we see the higher summer Temps, and thankfully everywhere has AC and pools/lots of water recreation (rivers, lakes,...) around to enjoy 😉 you are also a short drive to Tahoe, which is a nice escape from the heat during those months.
This looks like Granite Bay Vista, Outlook, Canyon Rim, and Vintage Oaks neighborhoods in Auburn CA which is way nicer than EDH - they sit at a similar orientation just on opposite sides of the American River canyon but the Auburn side has a higher elevation and obviously spectacular views of the Sacramento valley, Folsom Lake and the American River.
Sometimes those views come at a much higher price point ;) But lots of nice options in the greater Sacramento region. Some people prefer to be on the EDH side based on their work commute.
Open floor plans look great but are really very noisy and provide little privacy. Great if you’re entertaining all the time but makes little sense for a family with several kids. But the houses do look like movie sets-gorgeous!
@dolittle6781 thanks for watching! Most of these homes have great separation of bedrooms outside of the common spaces. The 2 story homes provides a lot of separation with bedrooms on their own wings & the loft tucked away. I think you'd be surprised at your ability to escape & hide away in modern day homes & the wall insulation that contains sound so much better these days 😊 but these are definitely entertainers dream homes!

Beautiful homes!
@lisalee3067 for sure!
Homes look great, but Sac weather way way too hot for my liking during summer months!

Thanks for watching!
Way too expensive
@elninjapirata7799 They definitely aren't cheap, but depending on where someone is moving from they can actually look very affordable ;)
