This is the only video that has come close to giving me some advice. The inversion method has really worked using castor oil & peppermint oil. You seem really positive about this issue & that gives me hope.

I have the less severe version of the problem that you have. I have this one piece that broke off on the left side of my head and am trying to grow it out to be the same length as the rest of my hair. This video was pretty helpful, especially the part about protecting the split ends of the broken part because you can’t cut them.
I’m here because quarantine made me bleach my hair and now the bangs on my left are the same length as yours. So I’m a brunette again. I’m just happy I’m not the only one that messed up their hair 😂

My hair broke just about the same as yours maybe worse and I’ve been so insecure about it I usually wear a pony tail and use bobby pins to pin the pieces back because I felt it looked more noticeable if I had it down. I also use the whole olaplex hair system I’m just waiting for it to grow back so bad! 😭

I know this video is old but i hope you answer me, my hair was relatively healthy untill i bleached it twice in a row, and dyed it like 4 times because the bleaching was really bad and no hair dye was making it better, the last dye was purple brown, and it looked amazing for about 3 weeks then it started to fade, how my hair is damaged and is turning back to its brassy orange color it had when i bleached it. , my hair is really ugly and is making me ugly and depressed. I want to redye it to my natural color but im too scared that it ll damage it even more. I dont know what to do with it.

Ever since I try to grow it out but I then did another balayage in december 2020. that was the last time I used color. Now I grow out my natural hair color completely and then I maybe want the thinnest babylights ever. no more balayage
I'm a natural blonde go darkish red in winter get it professionally done to turn it back to blonde. NEVER AGAIN! even though I like my hair dark too. Been going through so much past months moving next week. My damage comes from actually slicking it back into a bun for months YES! gel and hairspray too. so I went shorter in the hopes I'd at least blow it out everyday so it wouldn't go back into a tight pulled back bun and it's gotten worse 🤷♀️ because I just didn't do that. So now I have broken hair from the back of my crown along the hairline and sides and I'm about to Pop on a wig and do deep conditioning because I really f**ked this up
I do this but I also have very naturally frizzy/banana curls so once my hair goes back to it's natural texture it's very noticeable again bc if all the frizz and uneven ends
How often do you heat style it now? It has been 10 months since my hair damage and it feels like it just takes forever to grow. It’s been all consuming and so depressing. I barely left my house since it happened
